  1. I'll be fitting mine in the next couple of days so will give you the heads up, i'm a bit unsure to what vacuum line myself though atm.

Blitz/Apexi/Hks etc do good accurate gauge's but there a pain in the arse to get hold of and i don't fancy paying over £80 for a boost gauge when the £25.00 autogauge one's do the job =]

I've just ordered a smoked autogauge one mate =]

  2. Didnt outsprint my 2.0 though

needs lowering buddy! hurry up with the ciggys lol!

It is lowered, on Tein +10mm springs LOL, Who ever said those springs lower by 50mm or something lol..

You mean, my starlet that was full of car parts ASWELL as 3 grown men didn't out-sprint your clio 1-7-POO which had just you in there ;p

I'd love to go again sometime as you were struggling to get away darling =]

pahaaa Get your name down for the south-west rolling road pal.

  3.

What colour are the wheels going?

Spark the Wheels are going black mate, There only cheapy wheels tbh so going to do them black and use them all the shitty months and eventually source some proper wheels, Volk etc

Silver Glanza - Yea they are similar indeed lol, Going to have do a few things to make them a bit different from eachother i think mate! haha. I'll keep an eye on your project log :p

  4. Since my alloys are off being painted, I'm rolling on steelies for the meantime. :harhar:

I must say, I've stopped at traffic lights on a few occasions and noticed 'boy racers' glancing over looking at my 'steelies'(as you do).. There even more puzzled when my 'Micra with a bodykit' out-sprints there big 2.0L. bit of a sleeper until you see the front ;)

  5. I'm running same setup but havent fitted my mani/decat yet and i have an hks actuator, From what i can gather, i'll be fine running that setup without fuel cut aslong as i adjust the boost to suit.. (lower the boost using hks actuator)

However, you haven't got an actuator yet so you if you install your mani/decat before you get one and your hitting fuel cut, might be worth in getting one of those cheap ebay 'manual boost controllers' that sit on the vacuum line to decrease it etc, Havent used on my self but thought it might be handy as a temporary fix untill a adjustable actuator pops up mate

  6. I got a quote for a rebuild on a ct9, They emailed back saying a standard overhaul would be £295.00 plus vat.

Your better of paying a bit extra and getting a ct9 hybrid or Saving yourself shed loads and buying a decent 2nd hand ct9 in the region of £100.00 mate!

  7. I've just relocated my air filter to behind the grill, so my 'sensor' is just in around the engine bay also! After seeing this thread i did a little search and most of the chaps on here have tucked there's up in the engine bay saying it doesn't do anything anyway! So i'm just going to make sure mines tucked up nicely not in the way and leave it.

So stick the kettle back on and save your self some time mate, Fitting that to an alloy pipe is going to be a pain in your arse! =]

  8. Thank's chaps, glad it didn't take long to get there. I try wrap them well, maybe over wrap them in some cases but i'd rather be safe than sorry and avoid have something get damaged in the post!

Pleasure doing business with you both!
