Yup, after I pull off, so I guess as soon as I'm into that rev range!
I'll try check the wiring tomorrow, any idea what pin it is ecu side?

I hate decorating!
I need help please, What colour should the ramp be? There is no defining angles, and all smoothed through the ceiling to the wall... Please help :/

Just done another test and it's putting out 52 now, not 34 :/ it was deffo 34 last night! So 52 is knock sensor, any basic checks to resolve this before purchasing another sensor?

The morning after disconnecting the battery, I checked the error code after it had got to temp on idle, and the engine management light flashed loads of times fast, then as soon as I pulled off, it came back on with the same error. It's happened on my standard ecu and my blitz, on both the new sensor and the old one!
I'll put the standard pressure reg back on then! But error 34 came before fuelling anyway :/

the error comes on as soon as I pull away, so not even on boost. and It was there when the car was running stock pressure on the standard actuator, even on low boost.
as mentioned above, I have replaced the hose on it, ive even tried a straight hose bypassing the filter too to see if that would help! Ive also tried a T piece on it and ran it to my boost guage to check there was boost and vac getting through ok.
I wasn't aware that the RRFPR wasn't recommended when running a Blitz, I purchased and fitted it before I got the blitz as I was planning on running a FCD, but then the plans changed and I was told its no good running a FCD! I cant see it causing much harm being set 0.3 above stock pressure? the guys at my local RR said it was fine when I had it dyno'd and my wideband checked.

Hi Guys,
Been battling this error 34 for a while now... the specs of the Car:
Blitz Access ECU
CT9b @ 1 Bar
FMIC
Straight Through Exhaust
Front air intake
RRFPR @ 2.6bar
TMD Fuel Pump
PLX Wideband AFR - getting around 10 on the guage on full boost and around 15 when idling.
What ive tried to fix the issue:
New vac lines
Replace with known working sensor
ECU Reset - disconnect battery overnight, removed efi fuses and unplugged ECU
Tried different stock ECU
Im tempted to run fresh cables from the MAP/BPS sensor to the ECU as that's the only thing that hasn't been tried that I can think of?!?
Please help!

Sounds like the cv or driveshaft to me, could be wrong?

Emu light on my Glanza, error 34, boost pressure sensor... Tried new vac lines and new sensor and still the same error! What u thinks? That will keep you occupied!

still a mega bell end none the less!

Reminded me a little of the oz guy with the 3sgte GT, who always seemed to spam me with bullshit on uksc... Told me I was a failure in life as I didn't know much about rebuilding engines and everyone should have rebuilt motorbike engines as a kid... Lol anyone remember what happened to him?
-
Talking of AFR's what should I be looking at on full boost? Loads of people told me I need one, they are the best tools to use to keep an eye on shit... But no ones interested in telling me what my numbers should be at?!? Lol

It's ok, lol was expecting more, but it feels ok! I've popped it up to a bar now, as I was pretty much there anyway, but it's started misfiring at around 5-5.5k again, so I'm gonna pull the plugs out and check the gaps in the morning.
Need to get the boost pressure sensor sorted, hopefully run a bit smoother? I'm guessing it will affect the mapping someway or another, otherwise it wouldn't be there in the first place?
Don't suppose you've got one?
-
Need one urgent, cash waiting! The one on the firewall at the back left as your facing the car! Has three wires on it and a vac line to the manifold.
Pretty please? I can post pics if necessary?
Cheers,
Nathan

FMIC installed yesterday and a dyno today...
-
I'm not 100% to be honest, I run a blitz access...
-
Boost pressure sensor?
-
From what I've read, you want 3bar of fuel for 1 bar of boost, but that's just a safe amount and adjust gradually with what is said on an afr...
-
Looking good! Can't wait to see it on the road...

So as it stands I've got it running sweet at 0.9bar with standard TMIC, adjustable actuator, rrfpr, TMD fuel pump and a Blitz Access ECU.
I still need a replacement Boost Pressure Sensor, and also a FMIC.
After my FMIC, will it be safe to run a bar?
What are the next steps in tuning up?
-
Exhaust temp?
-
Try heating it up might soften the metal, or heat the outside up as then the metal will expand?
anyone ever made a rear anti roll bar
