Yep im 99% sure he fitted it without any significant cutting, all you have to do is mount the core further back with some custom brackets, it looks so good, im trying to upload a pic of it but photobucket is being a twat lol

you CAN fit the hdi fmic WITHOUT fitting, as my mate has done this!

Also i think they were an European optional extra, so they are not even JDM from what i have read or from the UK

Ah i see there are a few skaters on here then lol Yeah i used to love it, used to be down the local park every day after school and in the summer was down there early morning till it got dark, used to love it but grew out of it. We always used to go street skating in london with a few local lads that are now sponsored i think like ollie gomme and dan bond, was good times!!
