  7. soon im hoping to change the turbo on the starlet, now im looking for roughly 220bhp@wheels or 250bhps@wheels. i understand that the CT9 Hybrid would be a good choice as its better lower rev range but can handle about 220bhp, with that i would need injectors and an rrfpr. with the td04 i no its good choice alot of starlet owners use this but its abit to common for me. were as with the T25 i could run more than 220bhp@wheels but means i would need, thicker head gasket, rrfpr and injectors up to a point then forged pistons would come into it. all comments welcome what you recommend and y?

  10. gutted for you mate wen this happens, personally id reckon tryin to come to some sort of agreement with the women you went into about were shes going to get this repaired and makesure you see a receipt or double check the cost with vauxhall themselves. best part is it isent too bad but bad enough bud, hope you get it fixed soon

  14. yup inductions kits are no good unless your going at about 30mph were it acts like a standard air filter because your getting cold air. my dad had a K&N induction kit on his vectra before i got the starlet and i took it to rolling road, it lost 3bhp by having it on, they all claim a performance incase but what they forget to mention is when your cars actually moving and has cold air going to it. personally ive brought my airfilter through to my front bump and seems okay but totally upto yourself mate, as long as you position it okay and it gets cold air it would be fine back to topic yes
  15. AVA charged me £60 for an hours rolling road but the more there is then the bigger the discount, i went with a car club last year and we only paid £30 for front and rear wheel drive cars and £35 or £40 for 4wd, and you also get a print out

  19. Well ladies and gents here is my 1993 EP82, waited forever to own one and ive now had this for 2 months and wouldnt swap it for anything, personally i dont think ill move from jap cars now. Specs, the car has a blitz dump valve, AVA custom breather hose, lower mileage turbo and its been ported, turbo exhaust from shrilanka, apexi boost controller, air filter been brought through to front bumper, front and rear starlet strut braces. Its been rolling roaded at 142.7bhp@wheels at AVA. Its been lowered 40mm allaround with 15" Wolfface Voodoo alloys. Spent only an hour just now with grease r
  20. ive raced a clio 172 and a clip sport, ive beat both of them and none have gained on me, from like 30-100mph im pulling away and anything higher i keep the gap and they arent gaining on me.
