Drums are better for normal every day drive. Rear calipers do very little . I would say 15% of the breaking tops.

Sound man thanks

-
You need the axel .
-
If its just the plug you need go down to the scrap yard. Some yaris and avensis are the came
-
No ae111 caliper and mr2 turbo caliper are the same.
-
What setup are you running?
-
E11 won't work. I have tried.
-
my cariers are from the twinpots foggy is that same alignment to the disk as the e10 carie ???
No twin pot carrier and e10 carrier has a different position . That's why it's used. If you use twin pot carrier you have to use spacers and odd ball disks
-
Why are people making this so difficult ?
Corolla e10 carriers , 00 onwards mr2 front disks and ae111 twin pots. As Richard was saying . Carrier needs to be modded a very small bit . No spacers or anything like that. It's almost a direct bolt on job.
I have done this on 3 cars over the past 2 years. Zero issues and great stopping power for little money

I have a complete one here. 500 euro I'm in tipperary

I want a ep91 ecu extension harness.

Joe power can only map diesels from what I can see.
He mapped a starlet I know of twice and engine failed twice due to his work.

Day to day a hybrid is great.
Easy to live with and great for a b road blast.

My gt's running 178bhp on the standard ct9, id like to know what a hybrid would make
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My other gt also has a hybrid.
It made 178bhp at .9bar.
That's on a std airbox and very basic mods
-
What sort of boost and power though have you ever had it dynod?
Tbh if its 200+ then colin has already lost.
Not had it dynod but it's super responsive . Lot of decent bolt on parts used with it.
In terms of power in or around 200.
I don't think colin has anything for me anyway even if I has 150bhp .

If you want to stick with ct9 then stick with ct9 mate on the road its far more useable than td04.
Been in a few td04s and been left far from impressed. Dont just jump on the bandwagon. Go for the set up you want and work away at improving it. Every little gain helps.
Whats your set up mate?
In my gt it's a hybrid ct9 rebuilt by Midlands turbos
Glanza V and S Discs the same?
in Braking
Posted
You need glanza V carriers and brake pads.
Easy to do and the caliper will bolt straight up.
