Starlet Nath's Glanza Conversion
Starlet Nath replied to Starlet Nath's topic in EP91 Progress Blogs
Well today was the day that Starletsy and myself removed my 4EFE Now I have been removing bits here and there for ages so the engine was just ready to come out. Firstly we took the weight of the engine with the engine crane using the hook lifting point to right hand rear and the power steering pump bracket. The reason we used this was because there didn't seem to be another lifting point!!! I then took out the bolt out of the rear lower engine mount and at this point the engine rolled forward. So we decided we would change our lifting points, we kept the one on the power steering pump brac -
Happy Birthday matey I hope you having a wkd birthday Nath

Hello peeps, As the title suggests I'm dropping out my 4EFE this Sunday and anyone who wants it for spares can have it!!!! Its not really worth a great deal & I just want rid I live in Doncaster, South Yorkshire Its a 4EFE with gearbox its done just over 100,000 and before I took my car off the road it ran sweet as a nut. Personally I didn't rate the Koni's as they didn't seem a very good shock. Plus the fronts are inserts so you have to butcher the original front shocks by cutting off the tops and drilling holes in the bottom. JMO Nath

Hello Geo Well I'm hoping I'll be fully stripped out and repairs done to bodywork and ready to be painted by the end of this year. Which will leave me about 6 months to get it built up run in and mapped for JAE 2007 As for getting about we've got an old run around Rover 200 for work and a brand new Grande Punto Sporting for best -

CHEEKY!! -
Hello peeps, Well as many of you know I've had my little SR for 7 years and for quite a few of them I was wanting to convert it to a 4EFTE. Well my project is well under way, I got my 98 spec Glanza front cut in March 2005 from our friend Swayal or J-Directorate admittedly minus a few parts it had on when I agreed to buy it but hey ho!!!! Since then and before I have been collecting many performance parts to reach my goal(which is in my head, like most things!!!) So the story so far is, my starlet has been SORN'd off the road since February 2005 and stood for quite a while doing nothing.
