  1. CD dials are a straight swap as far as i know for a revs guage, people have also used glanza dials. i am using paseo dials at the moment and they have a revs gauge, but the wiring was a bit fiddly and i ended up having to pay some1 else to do it
  2. as above, should have referenced it my bad
  3. the glanza is behind the red 1 because its on the uksc stand. the n/a is marks, if you look through his windows you'll see jades car too
  4. seen a glanza coming through aber at about 11:10 tonight it was dark and raining so didnt realise it was a glanza until too late, would have flashed otherwise
  5. 1.3 can run over 400bhp easily... ? aye?? haha as far as i know only 2-3 have done it, and it wasnt easy ill be down for this too depending on dates
  6. LOL im suprised nobody has brought up last years JAE haha i slept in the car last year after i had my pillows and blanket stolen by my 'mates' and my keys fell onto the seat while i was sleeping. obviously i got out without the keys, but left the car open until i had found the keys to lock it. whilst i was searching for it in the tent, my mate thought he'd be lovely and helpful and lock the doors for me... with the keys on the seat, by this time everyone was starting to leave JAE while i had to stay and wait for my grandad to bring the spare up to me, because there was no way i was going to be smashing or breaking anything, knowing that i had a spare key in my house, 150+ miles away good times

  15. i have developed another problem with the car AGAIN! when i put the clutch to the floor to change gear, i get a beasty clunking, the speed of the clunking depends on the speed im going, so im guessing its the driveshaft. it also clunks when i feather the throttle to maintain a steady speed on a flat road. under acceleration the noise goes :/ anyone know what it else it might be? ryan

  18. pretty sure they are a trader on sxoc. so yer a reputable company i suppose
  19. i know, i havent done it in something like 5 years, and i was never any good at it lol i know how to work it out, but i dont know how to set it up if that makes any sense to you guys? like if the triangle was infront of me with the 3 values on, id be able to work it out, but i have no idea how to set the question up on paper to do the formula's and that and yeah matt its good, apart from the maths :/
  20. ive never been any good at maths, and they spring this 1 on me after 2 lessons :/ lol
  21. just print screened this to hand in
  22. just recently started level 2 light vehicle repair and maintenance at college, but ive been fast tracked a year. right so ive now got some maths homework to be in at the end of this week, problem being, im shit at maths... its trigonometry related to a car, but i havent got a clue how to set it up so i can work it out :/ the question is: a vehicle has a wheelbase of 3.0m and a track of 1.8m. when the vehicle is turning through a certain radius, the steering angle of the inner wheel is 25 degrees. using trig, calculate: the angle of the outer wheel the length of the turn now i think i could work it out if i had the triangles set out with the 3 values above on them, but i have to set the triangles out myself and put the angles and lengths on the triangle and this is where i get stuck if any 1 could shed any light on how to start it i would be really greatful random thread i know, but dont know where to ask lol
