thanks for all the kind words folks!!! as always they are greatly appreciated. next on the 'to do' list is gettin this damn power steering belt squeak fixed. my attention is turning to the small things for a while, then brakes, brakes, and more brakes i think. took her out tonight for the first time in a week and a half and ohh my god!! the brakes are shockingly shite. Phil.

-
as requested Sparkdoggydog! front end - one day i think this will get a respray! excuse the wobble, it was darn nippy! and now for this odd bubbling reaction that has occured in the last week, we cant figure it out at all, answers on a postcard please folks! and the Pivot Speed Reader. This should provide a more accurate speed reading, and also removes the 112mph speed limit. Phil.

few typos to be fixed sambo! In the X Racing bit ..."Millenium Kit. This kid..", kid should obviously be kit. Booster Tuning - characteristics is spelt wrong, u have an 'O' in it mate. Nippon Tuning bit - 'Named "Warrior"' - Named doesnt need the capital N. SSV section - "I have only ever sen" - sen should be seen. Booster Tuning - aggressive is spelt wrong, you're missing a 'g'. Phil.

awesome!!!!! always fancied a blue cusco cage!!!! top work dude! Phil. -
that £94 is simply a percentage of what the premium was WITHOUT the conversion dude. what 20% works out as obviously depends on your own initial premium pre-conversion. the reason i have it so low is all the years NCB and my IAM licence, Flux told me thats why i could get it so cheap. without those it would be a much different story. Phil.
-
:P :P genius! Phil.
-
no no its fine dude. my insurance, including protecting my NCB last yr was around £470 (£417 or so without protecting the NCB). the way they calculate the conversion premium is simply as a 20% load ontop of the original premium, which in my case would be roughly £94. So, £470 plus £94 is £564. Granted, £575 is more than £564, but i am assuming that the cost of protecting 7yrs NCB over the price of 6yrs NCB would account for the additional £11. Phil.
-
no mate, not considering we boosted her! can't really complain! Phil.
-
awesome! never knew u were such a track enthusiast either dude!!!! u need to bring her over here and challenge Jay round Kirkistown!!! DO IT!!! Phil.
-
Insurance renewal in, £590. bit more than i expected. so rang them, told them to remove the personal accident cover rubbish of a whole £15 whoppdeedo, thats it down to £575 which is closer to what i had expected. £470ish last year, add on the 20% load of the FTE, and thats not really far off. so, £575 fully comp, 7yrs protected NCB, for an FTE conversion in NI being driven by a male, cant be bad to that really!!!! now, to find somewhere to mount this speed reader!!!!!!!!!!!! and then weejohn can wire it in lol! Phil.

freakin awesome work dude!!! really likin that exhaust mani cover!!!!!!! Phil.

will try to get some tomorrow lads, she's even been allowed to sit in the garage overnight lol!!! that took me from 10.30am til 9.30 PM to wash, dry, de-tar, SRP, Gloss, and wax her....all by hand, i'm f'in shattered lol. this is the most attention the bodywork has ever had i think, she really needed it. however, i think she may need a proper polisher taken to her. with being so up close and personal with the paint all day, i have found that the nitromores is still present, and has caused some nasty...blemishes...shall we say, but u gotta get up close to see them, no camera will see it. als
