Kirkistown was the setting for the first UKSCNI meet up of the new year and wot a way to kick it off, my day began with a msg from Gerard proclaiming how nice the weather was and then some nice scenic pics taken at my gf's house. After a very annoying hold up and a ridiculous detour as my mate didnt know where he was goin, we eventually arrived at Kirky to see the trackstar tearin up the tarmac!!! there were also alot of Lotus Exiges, Elises, a new Europa, some westies and some Porsches mixin it up too. Excellent starlet turnout out of UKSCNI and TGTT members, as well as 2 random chavs and a lonely old skool motor. i managed to sponge a lift in a westie for a good few laps at 135mph+ but ran out of sessions to get a ride in the trackstar ;) :( :( next time Jay!!! :lol: This is how u hold a UKSC meet!!!! With a race track and a track car or 2 and some fine weather, some coffee, and in my case with my very very fine mrs!!!! GET IT TOGETHER MAINLAND UKSC!!!! UKSCNI IS SETTING THE STANDARD FOR MEETS HERE!!!! yeah man its plugged in ok, we've even had our hands up the back of the dash to re-check them all too, all seems fine! annoyin as hell. piccies as soon as i can dood. :lol: Phil.

ok - trd bits fitted! the centre consol...wot a bastard!!!!!!! it didnt want to go over the cd plaey or the cup holder so i had to file away the sides of the cd player and the bottom lips of the cup holder to eventually get it to squeeze over them! also had to drill holes in the cd cage to screw in the cup holder, somehow i must have caught the tray in it because it wont open, and when i refitted the cd player its throwin up 3 different error codes, so it may well be FUCKED! Lord knows wot the hell ist problem in, didnt like bein taken out and put back in obviously! stupid thing! also, have replaced the front fog switch with a rear window heater switch so it just popped right in, got one off Jay...only to find a spare in my room...duh Phil. Also, bought momo grills for my momo mates but had to get longer bolts that now need trimmed so once thats done i'll do pics of the whole lot. also, bought some parts of Jay that Gerard kindly dimantled for me! hopefully get that wee update rollin in the next few weeks.
