thanks for the offer wings man! u say the needles are off since u took them off the pins?? this happened to me, my sparky thought that when the needle is removed the pin was able to spin a wee bit (the amount the needle subsequently reads off by). dont understand why they would be built this way tho as that would be a bastard to construct in a factory - wind the pin on very slightly AND HOLD IN PLACE while the needle is put on...would seem an odd way of doin things no??
