unless you are running big boost a aftermarket mani has no more gains than a ported one like if you look at the design of the ct9 wepr mani and the stock on there is not much in it infact if the restriction wasnt in runner 3 it would have more durability than any aftermarket out there mark@mcbautos on tgtt was running 1.3 bar and getting 218bhp on a ported mani jam cast mani ( exact replica of the ct9 stock) is ment to be the best of every mani out there

for 160 its easy before you do anything give it a good service change filters, oil, plugs ect alot of people forget this free up everything your stock engine has so many restrictions and heat soaks you dont have to do much to get it to your goal free flowing mani aftermarket-gutted one they are the same gains on a low bhp engine decat front mount actuator boost gauge cat back exhaust relocated air filter cheap to make thats just the basics with some sort of fuel management and a hybrid you could see close to 200 all with a good a tune :harhar:
