are the 4efe head gaskets the same as a 4efte gasket

how do you get photos on to threads? is ther any other way that using the insert image url button?

so say ther is a water gallery that is diferent would that mean i couldnt put it on my 4efte head?

any chance you know if the thermostat housing is the same aswel ?

all the wiring seems to be oryt when i was looking earlier...myt just offer my mate mony and have his since its the only one that works lol

ive changed both..i got another cd player of another mate to try it tomorow

guted if it is..i only bought it last xmas..£200 odd lol..its only been sitin doing nufing the past few months

when i got my starlet the cd player stoped working...i thought it wouldo been a fuse so i changed it and it stil dosnt work,its a sony cd player that came with the car. i tryd a cd player i had before which is a ripspeed one which never worked either but then i tryd my mates cd player witch is either a kenwoods or goodmans one and it worked fine :S? anyone shed some light please ?

got someone to have a quick look and its not runing on all cylinders... but yet once it has cooled down for a while you can start it back up and itl idle ok for a wee bit

had a problem with my car i couldnt tel you what it is but il tel you wat it is doing... it wont idle after i took it out for a wee drive(1/4mile)..but before i took it out it was idling away fine after i had put the new leads on and it was idling for about 5 minutes before i took it out when it died after not idling it wouldnt start and the battery was flat..i must add that the car hass been siting in my garage the past week so i had to jump start it off another car.. and when i took the screws out of the battery i could only see sum water in one o the battery resevoirs... from about 2,500rpm when i was driven it when i put my foot down a wee bit ther was a noise like a realy loud what i could only describe as tapity but this dosnt hapen when the car is not driving?you can reve it all the way to just under 8,000 when its not moving and ther is no noise? ive just channged the spark plugs and ignition leads because i thought this was the problem. any help would be a great help :D

a dyognostic test? new to all this so i im stil learning.. im home tomorow so im gna first check the leads and if i get back in time buy a set of spark plugs.

ive got standard leads the now..and nrg plugs. wats the best spark plug for my car? thanks for all the help so far guys

nuh it was othe only thing i didnt...i was gna get them on the sat but by the time i got it goin it was to late to goto the shop to get them...and couldnt go on sunday as i had to come down to colage..back home friday to try and get it going and i should be able to get a compresion tester

what did you do to sort this? i was gna buy sum plugs this w.e and try that..thinking about buyiing sum leads aswel now lol?

anyone at all? lol.. is this just a spark plug or maybe a lead? maybe even a bent valve?
