i seen one of them blitz on here but you are ther expensive same with hybrids..td04 are generaly quicte cheap tubbys you can get a good one on ebay for £150 :harhar:. looked at the garrets aswel but it was a t25 but decided to go for the td04

is e-manage blue expensive? im not wanting to be runing the turbo in the limits though.. and if i do a td04 i can get it ner 200bhp once i have the money for aftermarket ecu :harhar:

i was just gna use the ct12 turbo from my mate but seems to be pointless.. so im saving for td04 conversion . im not wanting to go over 200bhp id be happy with about 180 to 190bhp..i know il get told to forge but to expensive for me lol,i know il get told to use a hybrid but i dont want to and il get told to buy aftermarket ecu but i dont have that money right now..but if i do everything then later on when i have money i can simply buy an ecu and get her mapped to about 200bhp:) wat i have so far... 4efte block 1.4mm metal head gasket 5efhe head boost gauge turbo timer just about got a fmic to :harhar: what i know i need to buy... td04 mani td04 decat td04 turbo water and oil pipes for the td04 boost controler the bit that i dont realy no is fueling.. i no i need to up the fuel but what all do i need without management if im wanting to run 180bhp atleast im guesing ill need.. fpr...recomend makes? injectors.....recomend? uprated fuel pump....recomend? if ive missed anything please help

i have a 1993 ep82..standard headlights..i bought a set of quaudlights but noticed they dont fit in strate away..they need some modifying :harhar: has anyone done this or know what i need to do? help would be great

in a 53fhe head would the valves have 4e writen on them? seems a sill que but i bought a "5efhe head" was inspecting it to see that the valves say 4e? i bought the head of a boy on here who said it was a 53fhe?

i think if the green was a different colour..like my car ive got a black and blue them so i think theyd look smarter blue,but i like the idea of it

ive got a new head gasket etc.. im just curious of how this could of hapend so fast?

when i got it in august..... to now...although the engine cover is now blue and i got blue hoses

it was on the car for 200km...cars runing standard boost to be fare i was giving it a wee boot now nd then. get what skimed?i got the head skimed?

head gasket is blow between the 3rd nd 4th cylinder.. il be honest it was just done but i did most of it myself and im not a trained mechanic but i had help when it came to torquing the head and the timing.. when i changed it i cleand the top off the block with a stanly blade to get the old crap of the gasket and the head was skimed so didnt need to worry.. 2 things that i did wrong.. i didnt no about cleaning out the threads for the head bolts:( and when i put the head back on i put the inlet on before i put the head down..(was told i shouldnt of done that) and the last thing is i think the car might be runing slightly rich to?

would the lag be as bad if i got the wastegate ported and had it at 1bar? i can get a ct12 of a mate real cheap so this is why im asking ... aslo dos anyone no if the downpipe will fit?

me.. ep82 turbo about 150bhp now 106 with a vtr conversion 98bhp bro.. a3 turbo 150bhp rover 1.4 16v duno lol?? mam.. bmw 1 series 150bhp dad.. 250bhp focus st total..a good 700bhp

i want to put a metal one on it but they are atleast £100 and im not considering keeping the ep82 as im planing seling it and getin a glanza ..so its quite alot considering im not planing keepin it lol
