oryt mate .. i looked into this...the manifold to turbo is the same but of the photos i seen of the ct12 the turbo ti downpipe is diferent

was inestigating my turbo and found that the wastegate is cracked ...the crack does go past the flap.. could this cause my car to boost at 9 psi instead of 11?

cheers lol.. looked into it and ny the looks of things you can use a ct9 mani but not a ct9 downpipe..looks like im gna need another turbo now..my wastegate is cracked and so is my manifold:(

never thought about the water and oil lines...but ther not to much off a problem as you can get hoses for that :/...im gna go investigate

haha does sound very tempting...im just not the adventurous type lol.. only bit that worries me is the downpipe and what is the standard actuator on a ct12

not right now nuh...just want to get my car going so geting a replacement standard 4efte... the engine thats coming out im planing on using for a forge build..not shure how long itl take me to do but ive always wanted to rebuild an engine so now is my chance .

i like your idea of the fastest hahaha... i wasnt to keen on touchn the box because then its more to come off :/...i no prob would be easier the way you saybut is it stil possibe the way im wanting to? even if i was to take the engine out first then wory about the gearbox after...i havnt got my replacment engine yet so im not to worried about how long it will take

geting a replacement engine with 91k km on it for £200 so im happy with that and il keep my for a forge project

i stoped as soon as i herd the noise geting worse..when it was a smal rattle i thought it was something like the exhasut as im missing one o the rubber mounts(dont no where to get them from lol)..but then it got worse:(

i was guted when my mate came and told me what it was...felt like crying lol. anyone ever taken the engine outo a ep82? is it resonably easy or quite hard.. ive done an engine conversion in my 106 so i have sum knowledge..il keep my build thread updated when i start dismanteling the best
