  1. Mods will NOT add any value to the car for when you sell, in a few years i'm afraid it will be worth peanuts in standard or modded trim. Mods will often reduce value of a car :p If you buy a glanza in a year or two then the mods you buy now will mostly be a straight swap from the N/A to the new one. If it was me i would spend the cash as you will only want to do it anyway, the sensible thing is to put the cash aside and save for the new motor but hey......who can do that!!!! I KNOW I COULDN'T ......but i had fun :p

  2. It all depends on how it's driven really rich, boot it and you'll see single figure MPG for sure! :)

I've done 300miles and used 3/4 tank of juice with mixed driving but no fuel light has come on yet so i'll just keep going till it pops on or it conks out with no fuel :)

  3. I'm not anti scoob rich, just chavved up and abused saloon models :)

I need a decent sized car for me the missus and dog along with everything else i tend to end up with in my cars :)

Sparky ole boy it's not a common scoob IE: silver, saloon, huge spoiler, noisy exhaust and ridiculously loud dump valve :)

It's a real nice drive, typical subaru interior and very thirsty as you would expect :( I'm quite impressed with the general drive but i'm sure it's got some aftermarket suspension as it sits pretty low :(

The only real blemish on rear bumper

  4. It may get a light fettling but nothing extreme might get a FMIC, panel filter and exhaust but thats about it. Needs a CD player as it's got a double din Minidisc unit fitted at mo so thats gotta go. :D

  5. It is mint for a 12 year old car!

One scuff on the front bumper and a lil patch of crazy paving paint on the rear no bigger than 2" round!

Best bit is it is totally standard so no chav has had his mitts on it to thrash it! :D

Comes from down your way too :D

  6. Serves you right for chavving it up in maccy D's :p

The undercover car line is bollocks, if they have proof then you will usually be shown it in the traffic car :D They tried the line on me once and funnily enough i couldn't see the tape as it may incriminate me more ^_^ yeah right!

In future when pulled over by the police take a note of their badge number and the reg of the vehicle they are using :D

It will come back and bite them on the ass if they act like a tool! :D

  7. Thats not so bad then at least they are being halfway decent about it and you now know what happened, if they sting you with alot of points/ban then forget the GT4 or MR2.

I would go for something newer like the corrola Tsport or a mazda 3232 sport, nice cars without the silly insurance tag, till you get a few years ncd back.

But till then get yourself back together first and relax as much as you can :p

  8. How the hell did you get out of that in one piece!!!!!!!!!!!! :( Jesus christ you are a very lucky guy thats for sure!!

It's a tough lesson but i know it will never be forgotten.

The main thing is you are alive, on the mend and able to tell the tale. There are a lot of wankers who try speeding up to stop people from getting past, i hope they have it on their conscience that they caused the unnessesary accident by their stupid actions and nearly killed you because of it!!

Any witnesses to back up that theory??

All the best and Get well soon mate. :D

  9. Not good but i doubt she will go 200miles away when she calms down

Lol breaking up because you wanted to watch family guy :p can you not cuddle and watch TV at the same time????

If she is worth anything to you then fight for her.

  10. Back in the post to where you bought it would be the best idea.

If you really want to use it get it fitted and set up by a pro as those things can really fuck your engine up if set up wrong.

  11. Black smoke is usually overfueling could just have been a load of carbon build up being blown out the exhaust as you booted it, oil out of the dump valve is an engine dying i'm afraid. It may be the valve stem seals but i'm not 100% on that though. I doubt it's the tubby.

WTF is a turbo valve by the way????
