  1. I heard from someone that someone posted pictures on here of different designs for the Glanza. Like pre-production sketches/concepts of different models.

However I can't find them, does anyone even know what I'm talking about or maybe has the pictures? ;)

Would love to see that.

  2. I really like how it looks, apart from those horrible stripes of course. It's nice and stealthy with all that black.

Don't know what that previous owner was thinking when he got that painted on, well probably wasn't thinking much. ;)

  3. i thought it might be but, i didn't get any remote for mine. nor did the previous owner.

Yea, but that doesn't mean it didn't leave the factory with it. ;) I think it's standard on all Glanzas, so it would make sense for the reciever to always be there.

And like the others said you can get the remote controls for about 30-40 quid from Toyota and there is a guide in EP Wiki on how to set them up.

  4. This is probably the wrong place to ask that, but anyway I'd say the Glanza too.

It's probably a lot lighter and hot hatches are cool. :(

With FWD Celicas I always think it's trying to be more than it really is. They look sporty and all but in the end they're not really that quick (unless they're 4WD of course).

  5. It's just earth, that grey wire is most likely for the handbrake (usually grey). Just put the earth somewhere on metal, I put it underneath a screw with one of those clip things (don't know the name in English).

  6. Let us deploy the ultimate weapon :harhar: :

But seriously it's more just which one you prefer. I've always liked the more modern look and feel of a Glanza, but the GT is cheaper and lighter (but also slower ^_^ ).

  7. Right some facts regarding the weight:

Impreza STI hatchback (the latest model) - 1505 kg

    Ford Focus RS500 - 1468 kg

And I was never saying it handled like junk, I'm sure it will handle perfectly, because Ford knows how the setup a good chassis. But that doesn't change the fact it will definitely have traction issues.

And talk about the massive fail there regarding the weight. Focus RS without 4WD is almost just as heavy as the 4WD impreza. 1468 kg with a FWD hatchback is just ridiculous. :p

Yea that Volvo would be awesome Sparky! :p
