  1. Only do the complete shaft, bit silly if you ask me but sure that's Toyota! x2 silly little snap rings is all I need!
  2. Hi Folks, I really need x2 Snap Rings, they are on the end of each driveshaft just where the CV joint slots over. Anyone breaking a starlet that might have two for me? Thanks, John
  3. Hows things, i need the x2 large nuts that hold the rear disks onto the axle, and i need the x2 dust caps and x2 washers for split pin too. Oh and I need the rubber CT9 waterlines too... Would you have them there?? Delivered to Ireland please! Thanks, John
  4. Is there much cutting involved on a Varis front end with my JPerformance fmic?? I'l check the facebook page and have a look at the pics! Cheers
  5. Hi Gary, Many thanks for the email, I'l give that a go and see how I get on and get back to you. But I still cant find where the motor is earthed on the intake manifold as I said the earth wire on the wiper motor runs back into the loom and through the bulk head and into the car so I dont know where it goes from there. Only earth that I can see is the black & white ones in behind the kick panel. Thanks, John
  6. Car has been covered and there isn't a fault with anything else so I doubt it... Its something stupid and simple I bet but I cant figure it out.
  7. Car hasnt seen a battery never mind been started, in the past 18 months as I've totally rebuilt it from top to bottom. Wipers have always worked and never been touched so thats why I'm confused as to why it keeps blowing fuses. I put a new battery in it the other day, every other electric works inside the car other than the wipers! Disconnected both motors, switch and washer bottle motor and still it blows.
  8. Right well its beside the point cause that still doesn't solve my problem. IF the bolts do earth it, then its well earthed. So how does that cause a fuse to blow every time I turn the key without even operating the wipers??
  9. they cant be earthed through the bolts cause the bolt doesnt touch any metal surface on the motor. the motor is between rubber bushes, therefore not being in contact with any bit of metal. and the bolt is not touching anything other than the firewall as it bolts thru the rubber and not the motor. The ignitor is earthed yes, because it doesnt have any rubber bushes between it and the firewall.
  10. I'm kinda useless when it comes to checking things with a multi meter so I wouldnt know where to start to be honest. The wiper switch is earthed behind the kick panel and that is ok, then the blue wire running from the fuse runs to the switch and thats ok.
  11. Have been putting 20Amps in it for 2 days and I've blown about 8 fuses. The motor isn't earthed through the mounting bolts either because the mounting holes have rubber bushes on them so that would rule out an earth. Toyota said the earth wire on the connector should earth off the inlet, but the loom runs through the bulk head back into the car and no where near the inlet manifold.
  12. How can I do that?? Once I turn the ignition on the fuse blows either way so its pointless.
  13. Toyota rang and said its not earthed thru the bolts, its earthed thru the earth wire in the loom on the connector. After trying everything and still it keeps blowing a fuse, totally pissed off with it now.
  14. Ok, I've been told that the motor is earthed off the intake manifold. Can anyone confirm this??
  15. Will check that but I'm pretty sure everything is bolted tight, as I had the motor off yesterday. Any other idea's??
  16. Hi Folks, My wiper fuse keeps blowing every time the ignition is turned ON, without even operating the wiper switch. Tried unplugging all motors, switch and checked all wiring and all seems to be OK. Anyone got a wiring diagram or know what else could be ran off the wiper fuse causing it to blow.. as I dont know what else to check. Thanks, John
  17. Very surprised, your the only one around doing kits now. Just need to see some pics and hear a bit about the kits before I buy them from you.
  18. Has no1 any feedback for his products??
  19. anymore feedback?? pictures would be a great help.
  20. Hi Folks, Looking to get some bits for my glanza from ID-Workz in the very near future, just looking for reviews on his products. What are the fitment like on all his products? I will probably be going with the following. - Varis Front Bumper - JAM / Livesports SideSkirts - 98 Spec with lip / Varis Rear Bumper - JAM Spoiler Look forward to the feedback, Cheers, John
  21. They are ridiculous on an Internal Wastegate setup, I just dont see the point of them, they dont even seal off the wastegate gases from the exhaust gases so it leaks constantly, meaning loss of power and serious increase of noise. They are only suitable and work best with External Wastegate setups.
  22. 12mm if I remember mate! Need one myself too
