    Mine can be squeezed but not like amazingly easy mate? May be normal as like I say my head gaskets done now and still does it, was harder before though

    It's not annoying me that much ATM as its only very slight, just the fact I just paid a bit for it thinking it was mint lol, seems to be more boost from the map has brought it to the surface lol

    Mine was the same mate? What issue you got now? Mine still makes the pipes harder but not rock solid like they were and the bottom pipe now warms up, nick and mike said mine was just going between the waterway and cylinder

    Yeah I'm a service tech mate Yeah depending who installs it I've seen some people fitted the wrong ones if they've run out, think it comes up on a report if you do though lol. Yeah 500 is plenty for the money

    Like I say it's not so much on idle, just if I leave the car to idle when warm then blip the throttle quite harsh but not boot it? Still sound like turbo? A mate followed me but I didn't really boot it, he was just checking for when I set off from traffic lights, which he said he didn't see anything, must not of been idling long enough

    Yeah let's hope so, can't see it being anything else except the stem seals but just had those done :/

    No smoke on boost that I've seen mate, but neither did my ct9 that was smoking, that just used to burn it out when idling lol

    If I leave my car to idle when it's warm, then go back to it and get someone to give the throttle a blip, I get the smallest amount if blue smoke for a split second....what could this be? Bearing in mind I've just had the head gasket replaced and the head rebuilt with new tuning developments stem seals, and compression is all good Does it sound like an issue with the td04 given the symptoms?

    Obviously you've got the thick clear plastic, the letters and then the vinyl reflective sheet that's yellow/white, anyone know we're I can get some of this please?

    I'm not 100% sure mate may have changed recently as I've only got 2 people on mates rates about a year ago and had to fit 500's :/ I wish I'd thought of putting a thread up like this given the offer that's on to us haha ;)

    Got a jperformance short route one mate? Or also, I have a custom RW developments one which makes it and extremely short route If you don't mind rotating your turbo, definately worth doing.

    Just had mine mapped by Td, specifically asked for it to pop, he said he would try encourage it.....it pops

    Block tester has confirmed combustion is leaking into the coolant, Time to take it apart

    My jam fuelled a td04 better than ct9, was unsure of the timing side of things however

    Very true nick, but that was the old one, what's the chances Of a new one being faulty too, I think I'd be trying to convince myself it ain't the hg if I believed that?
