it will just replace one of the exsisting nipples aready there on the rear of the manifold.

no stock boost is 6psi low and 9psi high but you wont hit fuel cut till 12psi meaning the ecu can fuel upto 12psi without running lean. 6psi = 0.41 bar 9psi = 0.62 bar but you will only get the 133bhp on high boost (0.6bar) so still a good result on just a small amount of boost at this level if you up'd the boost to 0.6bar you will prob see and feel the 15bhp gain

Before you try wet and dry on your lights try so E t-cut it worked for me once plus the plastic was still shiny.

Well I know there's 3 different sized standard pistons and rods but not sure if it's the same on the big ends and mains but yeh STD stands for standard size.

Yeh everything else is the same I have auto shaft in mine, you can use the g6r box but you'll need to change the bellhousing so easier to source a G6 (1.3 not 1.6)
