  1. its the bug eye'd rolla from 97 - 2000 obviously with the 4efe engine i picked mine up from a local scrappy for £30!!!

Sorry for the lack of info of late as some of you know ive started a new job a few weeks ago and im on here alot less than before!!! over the past month or so things have really started picking up speed with JAE 2008 and there are lots of thing in the pipeline so here is a quick update!!! JAE will be bigger and better than previous years but still retaining all the glorious things that make it the ultimate car club event. In 2008 here are some of the JAE highlights of the event you can experience: Full camping facilities for individuals, clubs and families. Designated camping areas for specific car clubs and organisations. Log Cabin accommodation for the disabled.(Please contact us for info). Dedicated family camping area away from the busy areas of the event. Official JAE activity and event tent for sign-ons and event merchandise. The infamous JAE Show and Shine competitions with great trophies and prizes . Huge trader areas covering cars to parts and accessories, new and used. Complete food village with varying tastes available. Fully staffed canteen with full English breakfasts and dinner available. Outdoor Swimming Pool. Disco hall with JAE DJ's catering for all musical tastes. Full licensed bar throughout the event with open patio in a Japanese themed style. Hot and Cold Japanese Sake available from the bar. Saturday Night JAE Fireworks display Trophies and prizes for the best turned out clubs, furthest travelled etc Speed Boat trips from the beach including an inflatable Banana ride Live Tuner and manufacturer interviews with the industries famous names Kids playground Knockout style inter-club competitions. JAE 2008 will feature a full Itâ??s a Knockout competition which is for car clubs to enter and battle it out to become the JAE champion club for each discipline. The winners of each competition will be presented with a club trophy which will be presented on Saturday night in the main hall at the official JAE trophy presentation and included on the JAE post event section of the web and promoted to the media for inclusion into magazines. The current IKO competitions are : Tug Of War Battle - 7 persons per team max Five-a-side football tournament - 5 persons per team max Endurance competition - 2 persons per team Personal obstical course - 2 persons per team Sumo Wrestling Bouts - 1 person per team Japanese Food and Drink competition - 2 persons per team JAE's new home is Mersea Islands 'East Mersea Camp' The Camp is a council owned venue which caters for events all year round. It has extensive facilities for an action packed weekend and regularly hosts various scouts and cadet training and summer camping holidays as well as car and motorbike events. The camp is located on Mersea Island which is on the coast just outside of Colchester, Essex. The Island is separated from the mainland by one access road making the location unique. On site the main facilities include: Remote and safe location Grassy well kept camping ground throughout the venue with hardstanding pedestrian access routes to the main buildings Log Cabins suitable for larger groups, families or individuals with special requirements ( not able to camp ) On site toilets and shower blocks Large function hall and admin buildings Large Canteen hall and professional kitchens (doubles up as an extra function room if required ) Fully stocked licensed bar and outside seating area Hardstanding areas for foodstalls and function room overflow areas Complete range of on site activities such as climbing walls, frames, kids areas Public Beach on site (Pictures) Outdoor swimming pool with lifeguards Overall the venue promotes interaction between visitors and has a good general feel that everything is in one place and available within a short distance I know the location will put some peolpe off but i think this will be one of the biggest and best yet for those who are interested there is a list of attendees already started HERE and the more the merrier!! rob

  15. the NSF caliper on the sr has virtually seezed and the disc is getting mega warm!! I was just wondering what other calipers are the same? I have read the sr and glanza have the same brakes so i am presuming the calipers will be the same!!! Can anyone shed any light on this as the 14 mile comute is killing my new 3G discs!!! Rob
