Right time for my 2p. I have standard sr suspension with front and rear strut braces. My F & R braces seem to have tightend it up sufficiently considering the cheapness!! The eagle f1 tyres are spot on im runnung them in 195/50/15 the ride is so much better than the 45's, and there ist much real difference in price between them and the toyo's. Like everone has said the main week link is the suspesion. upgradeing the suspension depends how far you want to take your starlet, and how far your walet will stretch!!! Brakes are on my list of things to do asap!!!!

i can highly recomend the eagle f1's there what i put on mine, although i went up to a 50 profile as they have re-enforced sidewalls like the toyo T-1R's so they're a bit firmer than normal tyres!! the ride is quieter but just firm and handling is spot on!!

dont we have this little dissusion every few months you might get up to £1400 but be prepared to have to wait a while i only paid £1400 for my sr with 48k on it just depends how long you want to wait for a sale!!! i wopuld think more like £1000-£1200 is more realistic but thats just my 2p!!
