Welcome aboard mate Firstly you would be needing a new turbo (price would depends whether you got for a hybrid ct9 or a tdo4 kit etc there aree loads to choose from) Then you would need the uprated manifold and downpipe and full exhaust system and some sort of induction kit mounted near the front if possible. That would be your breathing sorted. Then fueling would be the next step, some uprated injectors and fuel pump and some sort of fuel controller to make sure you dont run the car lean or too rich You may even need to uprate the internals of the engine but that would depend on thecondi

Sounds like a big headed copper to me, you get them now and again or maybe a bit more often I wouldnt worry about it mate you was hardly doing anything wrong, how else would you get it off the pavement other than driving/rolling off it Funnily enough I had a letter off the courts today saying the fine has gone from £30 to £45, I had a seat belt fine over a month ago, but the thursday before easter I rang to pay it but it was shut for easter and back open the Tuesday after.
