I feel a plank to be honest Have been checking everything from above . Was only when i was sitting on the floor thinking about how much i sell this & that for , I could hear a slight hiss noise

There was prob nothing work with my original turbo !! Might get it refurbed

Found a small crack in the intercooler pipe ( damn speedhumps ) Replaced it & now i have boost Thank you all for the advice given Was on the verge of stripping the car for parts & starting a fresh with another V. Will be going for a nice blast soon & enjoy my boost.

Tried with & without aftermarket boost controller Factory boost solinoid has already been bypassed What nipple on the actuator are you on about as the turbo is connected to the nipple on the top of the actuator the nipple on the back is connected to the EFI pipe

Checked & no damage Still no boost. Good idea thiough

The circlip is on the pin that stop the actuator falling of the wastegate. Look down the front of your manifold & you will see the small clip.

Yes & its working When revving you can see the piston moving

checked all the intercooler pipe joints no splits anywhere/ Circlip is on the actuator. I was revving the car & manully opening the wastegate with a long screwdriver to see if the turbo will spool but nothing. I do appreciate the help.

I have a front mount intercooler. First turbo stopped working Got another actuator still didn't work Second turbo & another actuator Still not working !! Thats where im puzzled on this

Boost gauge is only going to 2 psi max

All intercooler pipe & vac pipes are done up tight Got no leaks anywhere. Still no boost. Anyone know what could cause this ?

When you relocate your air filter to behind the grille , where do you put the vac hose that was on the EFI pipe ? The other end of the vac hose connects to the actuator Also what is the black gizmo thingy that sits on top of the EFI pipe & is it needed ? A bit puzzled on this

All the intercooler pipes are done up tight. When you rev the car you can only just hear the dump valve , so there is some pressure there. I will replace all the vac pipes in the morning as i have some spare. Also when you rev the car & manually open the wastegate with a long screwdriver the turbo will not spool !

I Got another turbo on wednesday Put it on & still no boost Below are a few pics i took before it got too dark. Can anyone see if i have connected anything wrong.
