Last night i went out to see a mate was driving normal without getting the v on the boost. Then when i left 10 mins later i gave it some welly stopped at a red light on the green light when to floor it again & no boost ! Had a look in the engine bay & all pipes are connected, no leaks anywhere. The boost gauge will only hit the 4 psi. No turbo chatter or dump valve noise. My brother in law has have a few turbo cars (evo 2 & 300zx twin turbo) He thinks it could be the actuator stuck. Any other ideas Cheers guys

solved the problem. It was the small black hose that joins the pcv valve to the inlet manifold , It developed a split. Replaced it , car idles sweet now. Checked all the other pipes as you suggested & all look fine. Gonna do a service on the car soon so i will do the fuel filter then. Cheers Badass for your advice

Went out tonight, Car was driving very well. On the way home i hit the boost as you do Then when i stopped at some lights i put the car in N ( car is an auto ) It starts reving up & down on its own you can also hear the turbo chatter with the windows closed and no feet on the pedals . got a vid clip on my phone which might help It feels like something might be stuck open as when i put the car back into drive it speeds up on its own . Any ideas guys !!

Something to do with how far on its roll axis before vehicle will flip over. Apparently the old routemaster bus will not roll on its axis to exceed its center of gravity. Dont know if its worth looking into test center, skid pan websites. Hope this is useful.

A few years back i had a sony headunit & amps kept cutting out every now n then Replaced with a pioneer & problem solved. Headunits give out a voltage to the amps via the remote Some are 3v some are 4v Try to keep to 4v , Pioneer & kenwood work on 4v. Most amps like 4v So if your headunit is only giving 3v & your amps are 4v they can switch off. Might sound stupid that 1v difference can cause so much hassle, But it can.

Could you try another headunit. Maybe the signal via remote might not be right. Worth checking for
