stick a hook on the rear & tie it round a tree & drive gently to pull the dent out if it aint perfect then let the bodyshop finish it off.

try the relay mate,if that does'nt work then inspect the wiring,trace them & gently pull on where they connect to see if they have a strong join & not wiggling about.
