  1. rite firstly to address the slipped belt issue. the issue turned out to be a dowel from the timing cover fell into the lower case and chewed the belt anyway a bought a new kit from camskill and problem solved. anyway heres the updated pics - and the boost controller's scramble boost button is the high low button on the dash.
  2. right ladies and gentlemen ive been sorting the car out over the weekend and took her for test drive 2 lol im over fueling a little (any one know what pressure, with vacuum off, you set the sard rrfpr for a td04 roughly?) but she pulls like a f*cking train managed to bust my cv on pass side so anyone with a spare pass drive shaft with good cv's let me know im f*cking happy with the result, full pics tomorrow - now i get a chance to concentrate a bit more on cosmetics and handling

  8. lol oki know the breather is gay but its temp until i get a catch tank, oh and i fabbed the scramble boost button to work off the high low button on the dash, i think its pretty trick and yes sparky the pics will all go up on fri/sat depending if i can ditch work on friday lol

I so wanna be there but my starbo needs insurance / tax and I get paid on 29th april !!!! to take the piss its only 20 mins from my house, good luck with this guys, hope all goes well, I'll try and get a ride there should be a laugh, i was down there last weekend for bmw nite = it was shite but the guy drifting the roundabout in his 328 e36 so going on sick lol!

  15. if your getting broke prob easier to get a second hand driveshaft - cheaper dude and less hassle
  16. exactly what i was thinking but specifically the cv's inner or outer - check the boots for tears
  17. is the knocking occurring when the car's suspension has to travel or is it a rotational knocking?
  18. anyway check this out for a fuck up. it was not over fueling but turned out to be a dodgy tensioner and my timing belt jumped and threw my engine out 80 degrees when i came onto boost!!!!!!!!!! thank f*ck these engines are non interference - and before anyone asks i have compression tested and all is well lol
  19. lol only bought it as my old regulator was stuck and wouldnt adjust, plus isnt every fpr a rising rate if it has a vacuum line on it, its just that the sard ones are a better ratio?
  20. firstly heres some updates to parts bought some silicone - red all the way lol bought a sard rrfpr bought some mikalors - ordered a couple wrong so will order when i can be arsed how dumb is this, i went out for my first drive today , last 5 mins lol, set the fuel pressure too high i think and flooded the engine lol - i had to get a tow home so technically my test drive cost me 40 quid!!!!! ouch! happy memories lol and the eventual..... .....limp home lol - not how i wanted my first pic of all 4 wheels lol
