fair play mate id say foundation motorsport and then a full degree (if your good with maths then you dont need a foundation, just go straight for a degree.) you cover alot of modules that are interchangable like statistics, physics, aerodynamics, cad/cam, engine theory, etc and a shit load of fun ones like engine building, motorsport theory, practical projects and if the uni you choose has one, join their racing team anyway thats just my two cents

ive got a degree in motorsport tech, it was the best degree i could have done but hes the reality of it, I now recruit banking professionals for tier 1 investment banks. Trust me when i say this, unless youve got a hook up in the trade, f*ck off any ideas of using a motorsport degree in todays market. If you do have a hook up, go for it and never look back.

yea but a map will prob cost 200 and the dastek itself is prob worth 150 or so, do you see where im coming form?
-
hey guys would it be better for me to run my td04 setup on a plug and play too? im running dastek atm - it has a 1bar map on it for a ct9 so i'll need to get mapped very soon......so its either remap my dastek or get a plug and play?

just use bullet connectors, if youve got the colour code on the wires 100% rite than theres only a few things left to check, 1. check fuses 2. with the stereo connected, attach a cable to the ground coming out of the stereo, and ground the cable to the chassis - if the stereo works bad ground 3. does the stereo work 4. if all above doesnt work then the loom has been cut/modified somewhere else hope that helps mate, but F*ck buying loom connectors - once the cables are cut it makes no difference what you reconnect back on to them i think this is the diagram for the wires too, oh and i agree

cheers. lol i had issues too, and i swear screw drivers and levers weren't cutting it, as soon as i tried alan keys.....success its random but tried and tested lol
-
or do the same thing i did with my td04 but for your ct9, its not perfect but less bends lol - i know mines an apexi and urs is a mushroon but principle is the same
-
you need 2 people and 2 alan keys and wd40- i know what your thinking .....WTF i had the same issue so i wd40'd the pipes, then pushed half the pipe half on using the alan keys like levers, and having another person pushing on the pipe, you will get it on i did a quick ms paint doc but its on my phone so no comments on how ridiculous the pic looks, i'm only trying to be helpful lol

Am I missing something here boys? the thread says gizzmo ms ibc 2 wiring - which is a boost controller so why are you talking about ecu's and fcd i have a gizzmo too and all it needs is ignition power ground and 2 wires to the solenoid and then vacuums there are 2 extra wires for a button - not that u have to use them
