  1. I’ve started the preparation for Japfest 2 with a few things My wheels looked seriously sorry for themselves, from a distance they looked fine but up close they were brutal. Wheels must have been white before I bought them as there were stone chips all over showing the white paint underneath, one of the wheels was heavily pitted and I tried everything to sort it. So sent the wheels off for a refurb and got some new centre caps and some genuine D1 Spec Wheel nuts. Here’s the finished article of the refurbished wheels, car needs a proper clean and some tyre gloss. I did it the correct way and got them powder coated so they last. I’ve just got all of this for the heavy cleaning it will be getting this week New micro fibres New applicator pads New Flunkey New flexipads lambs wool wash mitt Valet pro Bilberry wheel cleaner Valet pro citrus pre wash 3M Clay bar Poorboys White Diamond Poorboys Natty’s Paste Wax Poorboys wheel sealant Hopefully it should look delicious for the show after some TLC this week

  4. Item For Sale: Glanza HKS Super Drager back box Item Condition & Description: The exhaust is used the back box itself is in reasonable condition but could do with a good clean. The pipe from the back box is corroded and could really do with being replaced, this is just because its a jap exhaust and the salty roads here eat them. The back box has a small dint underneath due to the height I run my car. Price: £50 Pictures: http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-19.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-18.jpg.html'>http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-17.jpg.html'>http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-16.jpg.html'>http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-15.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-14.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-13.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-12.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-11.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-10.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-9.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-8.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-7.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-6.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/null-5.jpg.html'> Not hiding anything as can be seen by the photos Payment & Shipping Details: Preferably collected or can deliver at cost.
  5. Glad it's finally returning When will it be back?
  6. I had a siezed rear caliper but replaced it and the new caliper had no clips and didn't realise at the time. The pads only rattle at low speeds but if I put my handbrake on 2 clicks it stops the rattling but it's obviously braking the rear wheels. The pads stop rattling as as soon as I touch the brakes. It's only on the side I replaced the caliper and have no idea where I put the clips as there not in the old caliper.
  7. If anyone has any clips for fitting rear brake pad could you please let me know I recieved brake pads with no clips so pads are rattling. Thanks in advance
  8. I work nights but would be ok for a few hours during the day on Friday

After my plans being put on hold with the smoking turbo, I bought a second hand turbo and then just had to wait for some good weather to do the work. Car performance wise is pretty much standard apart from; uPrated leads, NGK Iridium plugs, Japspeed exhaust, HKS dump valve. I did have pictures of the parts but there on another computer So Thursday I started to set about carrying out the following Removing aircon Removing standard turbo, manifold and cat Fitting shorter power steering pump belt Fitting new turbo Fitting stainless manifold Fitting decat screamer pipe Fitting tuning developments actuator Fitting air filter relocation kit Fitting oil breather filter Fitting JAM ecu Fitting FMIC The beginning of the day http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02092.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02093.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02094.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02095.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02096.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02097.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02099.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02100.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02101.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02102.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02105.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02110.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02111.jpg.html'> I knew my car had a different horn to standard but found a second horn. http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02113.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02112.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02114.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02115.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02119.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02120.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02121.jpg.html'> After removing the heat shield found a crack in the standard manifold http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02122.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02123.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02124.jpg.html'> http://s121.photobucket.com/user/_d_e_a_n_/media/DSC02125.jpg.html'> I had a rounded bolt on my turbo to manifold and could not get the bottom left bolt on the turbo. 15. My car was looking a little sorry for itself today in the sunlight so had to give it a wash and freshen up my headlights. They were getting a little too yellow. My plans to fit my after market parts are on hold again as my turbo has started smoking on idle. He's a few pictures of the headlight transformation. I only used Megiaurs Scratch x and then some Nielsen polish. Made a hell of a difference. I'm going to flat them down and polish them at some point. Before During (started with the passenger side) After
