Have a look in the engine section and look for the post about forging advice I'm sure u will have seen it well I put a link on there for a full video guide on how to fully rebuild a 4efte it will really really help u ied post it back up on here but I'm on my phone

I kno it's a funny one but when I took the pins out my pistons iev lost the circlips that keeps the pin in can anyone help me I only need 4

Cheers chaps also got a port and polished head with Cruise valve springs unsure weather to go with cams aswell any advise??

they are but not perfect .1 .2 of a gram makes alot of differance my machinest had to take nearly 7 gram of the crank

got a few prezzies today fully polished and balenced crank balenced pec forged pistons balenced weisco forged pistons also have a balenced and ligtened flywheel but need to take pics lol really happy gunna get it built as soon as i can the engine stand back pics of me building to follow

I have ported polished head cruise valve springs pec rods weisco pistons 1.9 Athena head gasket acl bearings polished crank lightens flywheel exeedy paddle clutch everything balenced can't wait to start building it

All my parts have just come back from the balences so I'll b building my engine on Sunday I'll be taking plenty of pics as I do it so keep an eye out for my build thread

l Bloody hell mate struggling here ain't ya I hate insurance they allways rip off young drivers shocking they don't seem to care as much 70 year olds that cant see 10 ft infront of them lol

Must have changed then last time I tried they asked if it was uk or import I put import and they said that they could not insure this vehicle must have changed it iev herd that Aviva are good aswell give them a go

I dint think swift cover insured imports??

I was paying monthly with them and I had nothing but bother with them ied never go to them again it only cost me 750 a year for my gt with Adrian flux mods declared

I insured my run around with express insurance in 23 with 5 years Ncb it was around 500 for the year on 1.2 fiesta then around 3 month after insuring them they rang me and said they was going to put it up to 1300 a year due to inflamation told a mate of mine who works for an insurance company and he said it was a load of crap they were just trying to rip me off stay well clear of express insurance rip off have u looked at sky??
