Thanks Sacha -
The sensor that screws into the thermostat housing and faces towards the bulkhead. Needs to be from a Glanza! Cheers, Charlie

Weather has been crap so haven't managed to get much done. Engine is all wired up and I'm just waiting on a turbo oil return pipe from Sacha @ WEPR to turn up before I start her up. Also gave her a little clean -
Aircon is removed yes. Never had the problem when I had a glanza engine fitted. Only since I've fitted the GT engine and Slimline fan.

Posted this in the wrong section

Right, so I've fitted a forged GT engine in my glanza and swapped over the 3 pin sensor. I wired in my radiator fan from ID Workz. Now when i turn on the ignition the fan runs constantly. I've found out by removing a connection on the back on the thermostat housing stops the fan from running. Does this mean that the sensor is faulty? Cheers, Charlie

So you don't set the correct pressure before starting the car? You done it once the cars running? Is that not dangerous starting a car and it getting the incorrect amount of fuel?
-
Probably being very dumb here but how do you set the correct pressure? I know you need to unscrew the nut on the top but do you do this once the car is running? Can you set the correct pressure before you start the car? Cheers, Charlie

Perfect mate! Thank you

Would you post?

Thanks for the help guys! What I forgot to mention is this is a GT engine in my glanza. I believe it's a temp sensor for the A/C but on a glanza this is built into the main thermostat sensor making it a 3 prong connection. I've bought a sensor now just to plug the hole
-
Scrap that. Found out it's for the A/C and isn't required.

Anyone got the pipe that goes to the throttle body for sale?
-
Don't suppose you have any better pics of the pipe that goes to the throttle body?
-
It's on the back of the inlet bud. Cheers for the help on the others

Can anyone just help me out with a few little bits please! Firstly, what plugs into the head here? And does anyone have it spare? Secondly, what plugs onto this and where does it go? And lastly, I have an older spec engine in my 98 glanza and I don't seem to have a connection on the loom to connect to this? What is it and is it required?

*97* TD04 Glanza... round 2 replacement

Stunning manifold that! Wish i went with the S/S now! Gonna look the shit with the bay and engine all freshly painted! -
They may seem too tight, but this is because the threads are full of crap! Its a pretty painful process, but get some WD40 and spray the bolt, and slowly screw it in and out of hole to remove the crap that's built up over the years! Once the thread is clean you'll be able to screw it in easily!
