    Sorry about the late reply on this!



    We've had big delays with all our FRP orders over the last few months, so this is on hold for now. I don't want our supplier to begin a new mould until they've caught up with all the backlog of orders, which they aim to achieve by the end of the year so it looks like this could go in to production early new year.



    I'll keep you all posted with updates. :)

    As for the refund is there any tuners out there that give refunds??? And if some one came to me threatening to black my name on facebook and the forums if I did not give a refund WITH OUT them having any PROOF it was the map at fault I know what I would do! and give a refund is not one of them!

    And as for Iddys past well we will leave that for now! but he is not a perfect bloke!

    What proof is required? Will mapped it, it was rubbish. The car didn't get driven for weeks (bar one weekend) while I decided what to do with it, until a mate persuaded me to give it one last change by having it mapped elsewhere. A week later it was mapped again and is now like a new car. I wish I had popped over to give you a test drive of it Rob, trust me you would have been asking questions.

    I'm not saying Will's done a bad job on your car, but he did on mine. I didn't contact him saying "Refund of bad feedback", I wrote an essay outlining everything that went on, and I suggested a refund as a resolution. Will completely ignored me. He didn't even give me an alternative resolution, an apology, an explanation, absolutely nothing. That's terrible customer service.

    Since posting this up I have had atleast 3 people telling me of similar problems (and in one case a lot worse), but it's up to them if they want to share that.

    I have been a member of Civiclife for just over 7 years, of course I wanted to post on there. The forum is now quiet as most traffic has moved to the Civic FB group, hence me posting it there. It was only deleted because the group admins are friends with Will (and even they didn't agree with the way Will dealt with all of this). If anyone wants to see the evidence of this, feel free to PM me.

    As for my past, of course I'm not perfect, but I don't know exactly what you're referring to and how it relates to your mates bad mapping on my car

    If it's that important, feel free to make a new thread or PM me. I will say this much though, bad traders never last and we've seen many examples of that in the Starlet scene over the years. I've been an active member for 9 years and traded through most of them, if my past was as bad as you make out, I wouldn not still be here. 5 pages of 100% positive feedback on TGTT between 2008-09 (when I got banned for trading), 3659 feedback on eBay with 99.7% positive, 10 pages of feedback on here with 1 negative, what are you getting at? Of course we have had customer who have issues with parts, but we work to resolve this and not just ignore them!
