Never noticed any fluid inside, but it will be worth a check. I'll have a look today. The original nipples on mine were tiny, between 6 and 7mm (neither 6 or 7 though). Dave (TM-D) said it's an american size spanner I needed so I thought sod that and replaced all 8 nipples. I'll be removing the inlet manifold today to check all the connections, will update you all mlater! Thanks for all the help so far!
-
Discs mate. Lewis I'll have to check it all once over for leaks again then, possibly with the inlet manifold off to make sure I can check it over properly.

Yes fluid is coming out of all the bleed nipples. First it looked all milky as it was full of tiny air bubbles, but now the fluid is clear.
-
The original bleed nipples on the Wilwoods were rubbish, I bought some replacements so when you open it the whole thing opens if that makes since? And yes I've just been bleeding the top two. That's probably next on the list. Just thinking now maybe the bleed nipples I'm using aren't right for the callipers.
-
Yeah, checked every single connection, nipples and brake pipes are all tight too.

Hi guys We are have no progress with these damn brakes, we've tried literally everything to bleed the system but the pedal still hits the floor on the first pump. I've removed the ABS and replaced the front distributor and all the pipes with EP82 non-ABS parts. I'm using braided lines all round and Wilwood brakes at the front. I have replaced the master cylinder twice, we removed it again tonight to check all the seals are fine and found no problem there. We also tried to vacuum bleed it with a bottle and clear tubing, we saw some air escaping but the pedal still sunk. We have bled the brake

Pink will look insane, it will look SO good with the blue.

Hi guys I need to know whether a Auto TPS will work on my manual Glanza running on an Emanage Ultimate. I am using a 7AFE TPS which is the same as an Auto Starlet one however I'm having idling issues. My mate thinks the sensor won't work on the manual unless I have a standalone ECU. That sounds right but can someone please confirm this? Cheers Idrees

I'll have this if it's still available.
-
Thanks Corey, I'll get that sorted tomorrow! The car is running well now, wired in the Auto TPS and fired her up. Just need to set the ignition timing which will be done tomorrow, then get the accelerator cable extended and a new pipe for the intercooler!

Sorry guys, another lame update.. Braided vacuum lines connecting to the Apexi boost solenoid. The aluminium gets much hotter than the OEM so I didn't want to use silicone hoses just in case they get damaged with the radiator. Also managed to get a new TPS with a plug that fits the 4AGE throttle body, so can get that wired up and get the idle sorted as it's revs too high at the minute. Once that's done, we will attempt to bleed the brakes with the engine running and if thats successful, she will be insured and taken for wheel alignment and a hanger welded on the exhaust. I'll fit the body

One of my close mates took a gap year before starting Uni and has no job. So whenever I want to work on the car, he's game! He's helped build the Demo Glanza since day one. In fact he's the one who even made me start the build! Some of you will remember I tried to sell the rolling shell on eBay, he bugged me to keep it and build it!
-
It's different, but I'm personally not a fan. The exhaust sticks out too much too, are you going to adjust it or keep it there?
-
Huh? What's the big deal? If you'd rather set fire to £17k there is seriously something wrong with you! Change a few things and it'll look nice.

I need to take payments before ordering them, I can't order them and have them sitting around.
-
Sorry mate I thought I edited the first post but I haven't. My suppliers price has gone up so these are £43 delivered. I've spoken the people on the group buy and they are happy with the new price so I have a batch on order. Paypal is admin@id-workz.co.uk please add 4% or send as a gift. Maximum time is 2 weeks but should be around 8-10 days til you have them. Please state names and address on payments made.

I was just gonna say it's crying out for a splitter! Looks tidy now!
-
Front end will look super fresh with shiny 98 spec fogs.

Looks awesome now, more pics please!

Tbh I didn't know how long the 3Gs were on the car before I bought them, they could have been on there for years. I had them on my white Glanza when I bought them with Green stuff pads and the stopping power was very impressive! The CRNs are rubbish, I'd never recommend them.
-
You're right mate, that is the plan now! Only doing the essentials! I won't give up! She is living once again the TPS still needs connecting but I need a plug for it, and a longer throttle cable is required as the original one doesn't reach the throttle body. How the bay looks now.. Sideskirt fitted properly! Random interior pics

I'll do them for the same price in this group buy.
