  1. Your address will pay a large factor towards insurance too though so it may be legit. I had a fully loaded 211bhp GT followed by a fully loaded 219hp Glanza at the age of 18. Good going.. Get some pics of the car!
  2. Is the funny noise a squeaky noise? Is your car overheating? I'd check the alternator/water pump belt first.
  3. Not sure what went wrong but I'm sure Geo will explain when he is back from his holiday.
  4. I'd recommend buying coilovers new as they are cheap enough now and come with a warranty just incase anything goes wrong, unless you get a good deal on some with little use! I wouldn't buy old coilovers as you won't know how much life they have left in them. Meisters are excellent coilovers and are available from Enzo @ EP-Tune on here.
  5. No worries Luke. Cheers Dave, helpful as always!

    Bmc Stoppers?

Mine are direct copies of the Cusco, extremely strong just like the original Cusco at half the price. I've sold loads, all my customers have been happy with them.
  7. Have you tried ebay? The spacer on my Levin conversion went behind the disc (longer studs required) and this of spacer isn't expensive.
  8. Do NOT buy Exedy. They are rubbish and will fall to pieces after little abuse, I've heard of many cases like this and experienced it myself too. Take a look at the Race Tech traders section on here mate.
  9. Act 6 Puk from Ricky (Race Tech) or Spec 6 Puk from Nick (Tuning Developments). I went for the Spec on my old Glanza and if was super. I just bought another for my current Glanza (target power approx 270hp). I've heard good things about the Act clutch too, they look the same apart from the colour!
  10. Sorry I couldn't make it mate. Would have been nice to join you!
  11. Yeah that's not 1A0. I've worked in a paint shop, there are 3 shades but that isn't one of them.
  12. If your going on track then the 24mm is apparently worth the extra. Saying that though, I'll be going on track as much as I can and I've just bought myself a 22mm. Ps. Buy it from TM-Developments (Dave) if you want to save around £30. ;)
  13. Perfect upgrade from an SR, looks tidy!
  14. Yeah the axle will fit but the wheels will stick in 5mm on either side as the 82 axle is 1cm shorter in width.
  15. Hey guys We have sold lots of these over the years, so I'm sure you are familiar with our mirror polished stainless steel cooling panels. These are great to tidy up your engine bay and improve air flow to your radiator. Professionally made and laser cut, resulting in excellent fitment. These suit all Glanza's. £49 + Delivery These are in stock and ready to go, you can order on our website here: http://www.id-workz.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_1118_8_1186&products_id=3901 Cheers, Idrees
  16. Ps. I absolutely cannot wait to be driving another Turbo Starlet. I've spent the last six months mixed driving a Nissan Micra, N/A Starlet, a TDI and a EP3 Civic Type R and I'm having withdrawal symptoms!
  17. Start tuning it and watch how that feeling changes. Never felt like that in my 3 years of my Starlet ownership of Starlets really!
  18. Sell them for what they're worth and buy some nice 15s/16s imo.
