The engine oil being a little low does not mean to say it is burning it. We have found that the 4E-FE engine is generally fairly heavy on oil when giving it some. I check and top up mine every two weeks, and under some cases every few days. Also, while we are on topic, I have just serviced mine using 15w 40 oil. Will I be okay using that? The shop I bought the oil recommended this for my car and the way I drive it, but I need more views on it!

Yeah, he said he only bled one side for some reason. Taking it back tomorrow and hopefully he will do them all for me then. Also, didn't get the exhaust fitted. The welder who was supposed to do it was ill and off work, so hopefully tomorrow.

My brothers car came with one of those in a pod pillar. It never really gets looked at, well not while I'm driving! Its pretty accurate though and apparently more accurate than the OEM ones.

Pads have not even done 1000 miles. I'll go back to get them bled tomorrow then.

They are so soft compared my brothers, and the only upgrades he has is 3G front discs and a rear disc conversion. The pedal definitely needs to be a bit more sharp.

Plasma Dials are the way forward. I really want some!

I have a spare you can have for free, but we are far from each other Its just the card from a poverty spec GT, but the shape is the same as the others.

For stock brakes? Why would I?! I collected the car earlier but my brakes are still a little spongy. They are loads better (obviously) because there was no brake feel at all before, but they still feel a little slack

There are a lot of JDM styled cars on here but like others have said, rarely any pure JDMness. I like my JDM touches although I own a SR so it can never actually be a JDM car!

Nah, everyone else has it there so I thought I'd be a little different. (Okay I may be lying a little bit. My bonnet pin came in the way so this is the second best place I could fit it!) Just dropped the car off to have the brakes sorted. Rear shoes were gone and one of the cylinders were leaking too. So I got the new bits (£15 for shoes and £14.50 for the cylinder) and got some Dot 4 fluid at the same time. I might be lucky enough to finally have some proper brakes!
