  1. Nope Just the ducktail and window pillars I fitted the skirts tonight and I'm hoping to have those other two bits done by Thursday!
  2. Really looking forward to this
  3. Thanks dude. The skirts are finally painted :D stuck them in my 'oven' (inside the car with the heater on full blast for an hour) after painting them which made the lacquer set really nicely and quickly. I will me doing that more often!! Next on the cards is to paint the window surrounds, and I'm hoping to get them done tomorrow.
  4. Keep your eyes peeled and you might justttt find one!! Regularly check ebay etc. I must admit it suits the Glanza nicely!
  5. Looks like a Mark 1 EP82 bumper lip.
  6. Yeah I fitted a new alternator belt and she survived the over heat Still drinking juice like a mofo though, 15 mpg.
  7. Which problem? I have had too many with this one to know which one your talking about!
  8. It can also fail is the chassis number does not match DVLA records. They sort it out and send you a pass certificate soon after the test though, but I'm hoping that doesn't happen so I won't have to wait! I want it out next weekend!!
  9. I hope I'm not here for long bro! All the interior is now back in place, along with a nice new motorised Kenwood CD player accompanied by 10cm Groundzero front speakers and 6x9" rears. Feels good to finally have some decent sound in the car!! I fitted some new Bosch wiper blades the other day too and just other little finishing touches. The VIC test is on Thursday, and if its passes I'm hoping to buy road rax straight after wish me luck!!
  10. Nice updates! Glad your happy with the surround Liam!
  11. Sounds like a plan Sparky
  12. Does everyone mention getting pissed on threads like this? I was working Friday night till late, and then Saturday morning till about 4. I'm gonna try to get my skirts/ducktail spoiler fitted tonight and tomorrow, and just tidy the car up for the VIC on thursday.
  13. I've just seen this thread now, I was gutted reading that!!! Good to hear that though!

  15. Looks wicked, I love it! Top work Geo mate.
  16. Just got some info from TGTT. I'll replace the belt tomorrow and see how it goes!
  17. The yellow bitch is proving to be problematic all over again. Its been acting a bit wierd recently, and it looks like the alternator belt has snapped and fallen off. (just had a look now) I thought I heard a noise yesterday! It must have been that, I stopped and had a quick look but did not notice anything. This has probably stopped the water pump functioning? I could hear a bubbling noise from the engine bay last night too, just like a kettle but louder. I didn't notice guage overheating though, but I'm not sure because I did not even look at it. Have I badly broken something?
  18. Halfords 3 in 1 deegreaser is really good for cleaning your engine bay Ste.
  19. That is bad ass
