Yes mate ^ but you will also need the grille (£20) and brackets (£38). Worth the difference though. And the foglights would be worth changing, can be picked up for about £80 second hand.

From all the reviews I have heard, HDI without a doubt. One reason being it fits nicely with the crash bar in place, as opposed to the Autobahn which doesn't.
