Does everyone mention getting pissed on threads like this? I was working Friday night till late, and then Saturday morning till about 4. I'm gonna try to get my skirts/ducktail spoiler fitted tonight and tomorrow, and just tidy the car up for the VIC on thursday.

I've just seen this thread now, I was gutted reading that!!! Good to hear that though!

Looks wicked, I love it! Top work Geo mate.

Just got some info from TGTT. I'll replace the belt tomorrow and see how it goes!

The yellow bitch is proving to be problematic all over again. Its been acting a bit wierd recently, and it looks like the alternator belt has snapped and fallen off. (just had a look now) I thought I heard a noise yesterday! It must have been that, I stopped and had a quick look but did not notice anything. This has probably stopped the water pump functioning? I could hear a bubbling noise from the engine bay last night too, just like a kettle but louder. I didn't notice guage overheating though, but I'm not sure because I did not even look at it. Have I badly broken something?

You do know that it doesn't apply to Starlets though yeah? You have no holes behind your strips.

Sounds like the clutch release bearing to me, but I'm not too experienced on this stuff. -

SiCaln it was a great price Thanks Joz! Sparky yeah your right, had it out today to get some stuff sorted and it felt a little slack but wayyy more fun even!! But tbh, she still felt quite responsive, I was expecting it to feel like a proper slug!

I have managed to lose the 6 small bushes, and Rick is proving a pain to get hold of so I can't buy new ones from him. Can anyone give me the sizes of these so I can go and get my own made up? My shifter is annoying at the moment because it keeps hitting the floor without these fitted. Here is a pic of them: I just need to know how thick they are. Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Sorry but Vtec rocks. Get a Teg.
-
That sucks But like Liam said, you've got some nice parts waiting to be fitted That dent is minor, won't be a problem for your bodywork man!

Thanks guys. All being well, this should be hitting the roads real soon. I've replaced the old dodgy heater controls and got most of the dash back in. I just need the proper washers for the TC Shortshifter as it keeps hitting the floor at the moment, then I can get the last few panels back on too. Sam has sent me out some new water stops for the boot so once they're in I can get the spare wheel in along with everything else. I also got insured on her today and the VIC test is booked for next week all being well, then I can get the tax and were sorted. Oh yeah I still haven't got around

I dunno how you do it, your awesome at it. I've just got myself a copy of PS though and I'm going to start experiments soon won't ever be as good as you though!
