Nice update there dude, new number plates look alot smarter! The rims look smart in white too, looking forward to seeing those fitted especially with the D2s on!!
-
Lol cheers dude, your welcome!! Maybe you could fit them white dials to a SR speedo cluster?
-
Looking forward the the NA results dude. Your Glanza will surely do better on the correct surface Good luck
-
The shape of the bumper with the splitter look good mate looking forward to more progress
-
I had them out again today when connecting the speedo cable and thought I'd get some pics for you. I hope that helps.

Thanks guys, atleast I'm not the only one liking it Good suggestion there Phil I'll keep a lookout for one, otherwise an after market wheel is on the list. I want the dashboard flocked at some stage too, that'd rock! ;)

Its a Mk2 Looks mint, Blue surround doesn't fit in so I'd get rid. I actually have a Black one for an EP82 which could be yours for £10 posted?

Welcome along!

Different.. Not bad

Welcome along bro

Thanks Sparky ;) Got a pair of new clear indicator lenses fitted yesterday and the passenger's inner arch. I need some more of those screw clips to hold it in place properly though so I'll get those when I can. (Notice the bumper doesn't sit perfectly - Glanza bumper support brackets needed) Next on the list is brakes I think. The handbrake has totally stopped working and the rears make an awful noise when the cars rolling I'm considering a rear disc conversion but I don't think it'll happen to be honest.

Yup, as Sparky said it can't be a full replica with a UK spec rear number plate hehe Still nice though
-
Very nice, rims look sweet! Gloss FTW!!

Welcome along mate, good to know your loving the NA power! How about sticking a 5EFE engine in? Its a 1.5 originally found in the Toyota Paseo, straight fit too as far as I know. Its torquer than the 4E and has more power. (89bhp opposed to 74bhp) Anybody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Joz my budget is just cheap as possible really, I'll need to save up for whatever I go for and I don't wanna be saving years! I'm hoping for a set of coilovers at some stage too, but thats a long way away. What is a rear anti roll bar cost? Is it a total different thing to an adjustable panhard rod? Also, whats an ARB? I'll try do some searching myself too
-
I'm pretty sure the stock SR shocks are Gas shocks which I thought would be classed as an "Uprated shocker"? The rears surely are, not sure about the fronts. Adjustable Panhard rod sounds good too, I shall keep my eyes peeled for one!

Welcome along, GT looks mint.
-
Welcome along I'm 16 too and have done a project on a Starlet SR, the engines left near stock though to be sensible

Evening all I'm not impressed with the handling on my NA EP91, it currently has TRD springs on the stock SR shows. Is there any cheap way improving handling? I'm not after too much because I'm on a budget and theres a big list of things the car needs! What difference would front and rear strut braces make? Also, the rubbers that go at the top of the springs are out of place on the front suspension, could this make a difference to the handling at all? Is it dangerous? Ps I'm on budget tyres for now too Thanks for any helpful replies

Thanks Sparky Latest addition is fitting the dial surround back in, couldn't get the b*stard speedo cable back in cluster though it was such a nightmare, so its left out for the time being. I'll be respraying these the next time I mix some paint because the paint has reacted in some areas! Chavvy or whatttt?! But me likes! I also received my Glanza inner arches off Si today, cheers for that bro. I'll get them fitted when I can be arsed

Sweet, what rims does it have on at the moment? I want that splitter!! I'll let you know when I have the cash for the replica though, if you still have it then
