The way I look at it is eat what you want just be prepared to work it off, early morning runs I lost 2 stone just by running and keeping off late snacks, booze etc. I usually eat crap on a Sunday then all through the week stay on brown breads nothing fried etc. Your better off changing routine's when you work out as your body gets used to the workouts it's down to self motivation and determination you will feel better about yourself if you cut out all the crap

All you would be doing is making the same part but not as good as the part that's made specifically for the job, if a jobs worth doing it's worth doing properly, buy the proper parts and fit it yourself then you can learn from that..if you want something different track down a rare one again it's an important stability part why do a bodge job? Great parts are at price's for a good reason safety reasons to...

The thing is the adjustment should be made on the car to push the wheels out for the correct alignment using a proper alignment system by the time you buy the poly bushes there's a quarter of a tried n tested lighter rod, if people want to save money might aswell buy a corsa there is no cheap better way around a great peformance car it's an important part of good handling so I don't understand why people cut corners where has the respect gone for the jdm parts.

Glanza Chassis Upgrades - where to start?
Gainzy replied to smithyithy's topic in Chassis & Suspension
Coilovers first I'd say then an rsr panhard rod, trd farb, 15/16" wheels toyo tr1's, look into a bucket seat keep your body firm all in my opinion of course lol -
Haha al buy it back Micky in another 10 years more cons than pro's for me atm unfortunately

Buy cheap buy twice for the sake of a new RSR one from Japan with new bushes looking around £130 if that, definately get one then you can adjust the rear set up for a nice even balance.

I like to forget how much cash has gone into mine lol with only working part time it's been a crazy journey, cutting my losse's now there seems to be more cons than pro's for myself, having to walk to work all the time to save petrol lol time to put my cash else where

Tbh I thought also he used genuine parts to build the car and mass produced the moulds since this is not the case I would be worried about fitments, moulding fake parts takes the fun out of finding the genuine's in a years time I reckon people won't be asking "is it genuine" they are all becoming rota wheeling USA Gizzmoing TD04 replica posing mobiles lol shout outs to the proper JDM'ers
