I reckon a gasket but check to see if the actuator pipes are split, look for cracks in mani also any of the above -

Good idea wack the stock actuator on see if you boost any earlier if not there is a boost leak somewhere like what Mickey said -

I don't think people value them as much now with the TD04 been so cheap I remember Jordan walker had one up for around £130 if I remember correctly..

Not a fan of any of those colours but whatever suits you sir, they go yellow off all the brake dust am getting mine sand blasted and paited white gloss, I have a feeling am gunna spend a fortune on wheel cleaning products haha
