cheers lads, just gona have to play it by ear i think, dont realy wana tuck it away for the year but would rather do that and get a low mileage engine in it and while engines out i wana giv it the bay a fresh lick of paint and tidy up so it wont end up being an out and in 1 dayer jobby. but like i said the thought of not driving it for a good 8month aint i nice thing!

well i dont realy know now mate, it got all the way home with no issues, took it to wok this morn with no problems then on the way home temp needle was all over the shop again! got it home and it to be fair it was hot! so thought fuck it atleast i know where i stand with it now, but me being me i topped it up with coolant and just to check changed the rad cap like you mentioned then came to haylis mums in it and it was totally fine again setting off home again soon so see what it does i suppose!

well head gaskets gone and i proper cooked it on track yest so think the old girl will get tucked away in the garage till next year, which im gutted about as was realy loving showing with you lads and was looking forward to jae. but it will just have to come out bigger and better in 2012 i think.

yea got home with no problems suprisingly! temp gauge never moved off half way even in an hour of traffic! so god knows whats wrong with it

well all i can say is the car made it home under its own steam and not over heating steam like it was on track, dont think the old girl is 100% tho! even tho it did drive all the way down, round the track and all the way home on 1 tank of fuel, 370miles! was a proper good day tho, realy good banter as always! thanks to josh for the stickers! thanks to steve, john ect for organising another great event!
