just a few of it finally ready for MOT, all clean and shiney. my missus did the job i just sat back and watched.lol just the wheels to get resprayed, but want it back on the raod so i can enjoy it abit in this nice weather!! hope you like!

same happend to me with a starlet rear caliper, have you escalated your claim? i waited for a week without doin this and heard nothing 2days after i escalated my claim against him the caliper arrived, all be it the wrong side and not the condition he stated so now im going after him again, hope its not anyone on here.

i just set up a fake facebook page and uplaoded them onto it then copyed the URL address. lol

think i might have to get my old fone out for the lads, thers a fair few still on there! . . . and the current missus wonders why im on here alot. haha

x2 i had 1 at one point, put a full -60mm gmax shocks and springs kit on it and no word of a lie it handled just as wel as my impreza and thats got 1700quid of coilovers on it!

hate to brake it to you hun but thats exactly the same as mine was, i thought it was my handbrake that wernt letting off all the way but turned out to be the piston in the caliper wernt withdrawing after youd braked, which side was it as i have a spare drivers side rear caliper?

there are 3bits, a little one atached to you handbrake then it splits into 2, one to each rear wheel. your local motor factors will sell them thats where i got mine from but turned out it wernt my cables it was my calpier.

been sat on axle stands for 2months in the garage so it has gathered alot of dust! dont have a powerwasher at mine at the mo and carnt take it to the local car powerwasher because its got no tax, mot or insurance, did chuck a bucket of water over it but i polished the hell out of it before i put it in the garage so the water just bounced off!lol

have always thought about different skirts and maybe rear bumper but never got round to it, concentrating on power at the moment, then the body work will get attention!

had a red one on for abit but it started to fade so thought id change it for abit, just sanding the other one down again then il decide what to do with that 1!

dont know if you ever went through with this but i bought a full system so the one i had made is for sale if your intersted?

got my coilovers fitted and engine bay is looking clean and tidy again after spending a long time off the road in the elements, just a good service, new battery, insure it, mot and tax and it will be back on the road after 18months off the road!

make sure you get a braced de-cat, i got them and the mani lasted about 8months then it totaly shat itself, it cracked nearly all the way round the turbo flange on the weld and on the way home(driving very steady) because it was moving loads it cracked the oil feed pipe to the turbo, which left me on the side of the road waiting for my mate with a trailer. so although it may have been cheap it might not be so cheap in the future!

will do matey, would love to take it out for a quick spin but live in the centre of town and with no tax, mot or insurance its just not worth it!lol, still waitng on a rear caliper then it can go for its mot and be back on the road!

may have found the problem, the vac pipe that goes from the actuator to the turbo had touched my manifold and had a slight burn hole in it so put a new vac pipe on and cable tied it well out the way, so will have to wait and see what its like when i get it back on the road.

its a wierd one like! what you reckon then, port the wastegate and uprate actuator?

yea i know turbos do die off abit but at the start of the graph youl see the spikes, the car almost miss fires when it does this, but it only does it when you slowly build up revs in a gear it 'coughs' a few times then takes off.

thats because it is/was mate, was just a joke as a mate kept calling it one so we all had him on that it was a baby skyline.lol
