just a quick question the mapper has asked for me to enquire about ... and that is does the emb use the same software and cables to map as the ultimate ? cheers
-
now before everybody links me to the tgtt thread on injector comparisons etc , i have read it several times but it confuses me with this whole high - low impedence has anyone fitted any injectors from an mr2 turbo which are apparently 440's ? the sooner i sort this i can get mapped lol
-
upload it to photobucket, they rearrange the sizes automatically
-
£380!!! shitin hell average mapping costs £250-£300 and thats with companys like tuning developments and race tech hu map these all the time
-
basically you program the boost contoller to hold a certain boost so if you wanted 1 bar you get the car mapped to one bar i.e. fuel air ratio all ok etc up the boost then you controll that boost with the boost controller so like my controller has 4 settings one at 0.5 bar one at 0.8 bar one at 1.0 bar and 1.2 bar then you can control gain and spikes etc to make boost hit quicker etc again all gets set up by the mapper
-
boost control set to 0 !! what the hell go to a proper mappers mate my boost controller atm is set to 0.5 you set the controller up to the boost you want to run so if hes set it to 0 thats no boost which vould be ya problem ? who mapped it a 5 yr old ?
-
440cc injectors ? people run standard 295cc injectors to 1.2 + bar and thats on a bigger turbo
-
0.5 bar haha thats hardly any boost dude i made 160bhp with a standard turbo !!
