  6. yeah you gotta rotate both halfs of the turbo and yeah knock both pins out to get the pins out i used a small screwdriver and hit it a couple times and then used pliars and it pulled out easy peasy took me 2 mins
  7. thats when i knew i was guna fail , if he was stupid enough to not know there i may aswell of just walked out
  8. its the only white GT around here they should appreciate it lol the funniest thing is though when he took the key out and the engine was stil running he come over n was like , i cant test your car theres a big fault the engine wont stop n then it did n i go "turbo timer lol"
  9. he probs didnt get laid that mornin , lol the thing is there normally quite lenient in there if theres a problem they mark it down as an advisory or say to me on the side look dude this needs sorting asap but he was just straight up a cock
  10. hmm according to the massive thred on ere about em which was sprawled over like 10 pages the answer is NO you need to have 2 pvc valves and it all got too over my head lol im guna do it the bog standard way which is pritty pointless but looks uber cool im guna leave my pvc standard then just run one line from the breather on the left to one port on the can and thats it lol
  11. yeah i took my old polo there , my dads clio a couple mates go there ive gone there loads , not anymore though the amount of hassle , he told me i must of twisted my brake line when taking my wishbone off ?! like seriously
  12. yeah , ive always gone to that garage but i wont next time , although me arguing ringing them up and shouting at him and his boss , they probs wont want me back lol hahah its funny how one tester there said he couldnt test my car on the machine for brakes etc as its an import , but another guy did do the test and they dont see the hole in the chassis which has been bodged , yet he notcies my bulbs aint red enough haha
  13. so i failed my mot 2 weeks ago.... retested yesterday and again FAIL!! so this time i check the sheet to see why , and personally i reckon the tester hated me 1) rear fog not red enough 2) a split pin not in the best of condition 3) brake line slightly twisted (no kink) WTF!! so not too much to sort only took like an hour but still what a stressful day , he could of done the line with a spanner and i coulda painted the bulb red and it woulda passed ! (used red nail varnish) and finally here it is the green piece of paper i needed WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  14. its a shame you paid £30 buddy coulda used nissan ones for half the price

  16. your droplinks look diff to mine ! i have a balljoint on mine :s also so people know toyota oem droplinks sell online for like £30 a pair nissan turano ones are identical and i picked mine up for £8 each at a motorfactors so thats a saving
  17. yeah i used 34mm i got em from larkspeed getting the old bushes out is a nightmare used like 5 drill pieces cause they kept snapping etc
  18. haha yeah i smoothed it all out with a piece of card i reckon ill hve to invest in a jack that raises higher lol it was a bit tight getin under the cAr in the road lol ahhh good man secret mod coming soon then lol
  19. ok so after the massive hassles ive been having with the car i have now got it sorted and booked in for a re-test tomorrow at 10:45 ! ive had to cut n weld the chassis , to fix the wishbone bolt but we couldnt weld it all up so ive had to do this as a cover up before after ive sinced undercoated it so it all matches the rest of the carr so surly its not guna be picked up ! but im still doubtfal and after all that hassle all it was for was to replace a bush lol nice superPRO bushes haha least now the front feels solid and much much better , all new droplinks bushes and ALK and also
