  5. Well What a week, noticed a build up of brake dust on the rear drivers wheel so investigate and found i had a seized piston after taking it of completely and tired to move the piston, it was solid!!!!! Rang Edd for advice and said could get it refurbed but prices coming back at £80 plus time, scoured ebay found a drivers side of a 98 model just imported from Japan, firm imports parts £50 so fitted today, had issues bleeding system till i bled them with the motor running an now all good bloody cars eh!!!!

  9. Steve When you need money for track time?? Bump John
  10. Another tell tale sign is oil seeping on to the out side of the turbo casing, mine was smoking on start up an fine on boost but i like things to be right. Replaced it with a CT9RB which i'm more than happy with think i'll get a rebuild kit and do the one i took of too as there is no shaft play what so ever just the seals let it go and it had done 170000klms Engine still pulling strong and keep on top of the needed oil changes along with warm up cool down is the way to aid an engines life, having owned quite a few superbikes this was the way i treated all of the engines John
  11. I know mate was highlighting the fact about letting it settle
  12. Let mine tickover for 30 mins an yes i am running a blitz ecu so know the parametres;)
  13. You got 2 weeks pull ya finger out!!!!
  14. I had the same issue after fitting the zisco mani, i appear to have cured creep by purchasing an CT9RB with a large wastegate and penny see my build thread. You will have creep unless you go external gated waste gate whiich i didn't want to do having already purchased the zisco mani. Just keep an eye on the boost gauge and shift when it peaks John
  15. Funny as mate
  16. Anyone one up for today around 18:00 ??????
  17. Does the car have the hi-lo boost mod done?? what actuator you running?? did you fit the ecu and let it tick over for 30 mins before driving?? John
  18. Adjust the actuator as the mani may be allowing it to flow more freely
  19. Welcome Dan John
