Ok I see, so we're thinking that it could possibly be the turbo? I noticed that there were white deposits in the turbo and wasn't quite sure what it was and quite a large crack in the wastegate which is pretty normal for a ct9.

I bought these from jerrick @ MiesterR and trust me they are absolutley awesome! Done a few trackdays and they were perfect. Fully adjustable trackside for fine tuning and not to harsh on the road unlike BC's and D2 coilovers. Buy Them!

Hi, im having on going problems for a while now with my GT smoking on idle if i have either booted it for a while or sometimes when im driving normally. It smells of oil and the smoke is white. No smoke on boost or over run. Its an intermitent problem but this last 2 weeks it has been doing it quite alot and starting to get a little concerned :/ I think it can be one of two things; Oil stem seals or Turbo seals. Im running a standard CT9 turbo with side exit exhaust so i can see exactly whats coming out of the exhaust! Any help? cheers Wardy

Have you checked the fuses? Sounds like a fuse as if one of them go the fuse will be linked to other electrical components not just one thing like if the cigerette lighter fuse goes it will take the headunit out too

I have used HIDs Direct on eBay on all of my cars and there brilliant, They also offer a 1 or 2 year warranty on their kits

Did you check the gaps between the plugs with a spacer chart? measure between the iode and the cathode?

Wouldnt be plugs or leads would it?

I have a HDi electronic boost controller but it didnt come with any instructions to wire it up. Anyone have some instructions or a wireing diagram so i can have a look and marry up which wires and where the boost solinoid goes? Any help appreciated as i really want 1.0Bar now please lol! Cheers

Ive met up with Jerrick from MeisterR and he showed me the coilovers and told me why they are better and the reasons are endless! The reason why they can lower more at the rear is they shortened the damper slightly

brilliant cheers lads, the guy who sold it to me didnt give me enough juiblee clips or another bottom bracket so homebase it is lol!

Na i dont have one, all i got was one small metal strip that fixes to the bottom of the FMIC and to where the front bumper fixes to the bottom of the car, going to goto homebase or something to make up one i think but if you have a spare top bracket that would be awesome!

Your a star mate thats sorted it right out now! Just need to sort out some brackets for the bottom of the FMIC, have any idea what the top bracket does on the FMIC? its like a thread and a bolt but i dunno where it mounts

Right i understand the 2 large pipes go onto the throttle body and then go onto the core with 1 90 degree bend now the bit im stuck with is what pipe comes off of the hot pipe and where the big S bend pipe goes? Cheers
