Starting to feel like a redneck lol Sooo I bought myself a mint White '97 Impreza Type R STI Already im totaly in love with it, it is totally standard bar the cat-back exhaust and should be sitting around 280bhp so im led to believe. Its a totally different driving experience to the glanza Anyway not had time to polish it for a shoot so here are a couple of snaps from the sale ad. Got a quote from crturbo's to hybrid a ct9, If you send them your ct9 they will rebuild and hybrid it for £500 aslong as your turbo housing is in good condition. Just to let anyone know thats looking to get it done.

Ive just been running a td04 set-up and it was pretty good for lag and getting around 260-270bhp but im going for a change this time and hope to run a fresh hybrid ct9 at around 210bhp with quicker spool than the td04. I done a quarter mile run when i was running td04 at 260bhp and a gt with a hybrid running around 200bhp beat me, to be fair i was catching at the end but he was gone at the start. Both of us had the same tyres and sort of handling spec. My new build will be aimed around being fast on tight wyndy roads so i wont really be seing alot of top end and the spool should be awesome if i run an uprated top mount.

Are there any threads that explain all the tubbys used on the ep's?? If not that would be a great sticky to make right from the basic ct9 to custom built mosters running you 500+break boys ep's!

Yes, im not an expert in this department but some basic reading through the internet and the td12 is just an upgraded ct9 but the gt30 turbo's are monsters
