  1. Hi everyone, I just want to find out do you all RHD Japan customers experience the same:
I have purchased cusco adj. panhard rod from RHD Japan but after seweral days I have received an invoice from FedEx for €31.12 - I thought everything is covered by RHD as I paid €40 for shipment - why I've receveid invoice from FedEx so?
And can I just ignore it?

The Invoice says It's 'disbursements out of scope of EU Vat' and some 'Clearance Administration Charge' - SEE THE PHOTOS BELOW...
That's crazy - I thought the shipping costs paid to seller (RHD) cover everything, don't they?
I'm completely confused... Do you all guys get this and if so - do you pay FedEx or just tell them to f**k off?

(Delivery was to Rep. of Ireland)

    Cheers

  2. Are there any springs you can get that actually lower the car more than 35 40 mm, have heard tein arent great? I have apex but still sits high, so any suggestions?? Have sports shocks already :)

What exactly is wrong with them Teins may I ask (as I am considering to buy them actually...0

Thanks in advance for all the opinions!

  3. So this weekend I got the parcel shelf fitted! :)and I got the loom out of the rear quarter which was a challenge to say the least. Finding the loom was the easy part, but putting the plastics back in with out braking any trim clips was the hard part!

To get the loom through the plastics I just got hole drill bit cutter and cut a hole through it. However the speakers sound so much better now! and you don't have to turn your volume right up to hear the radio :) I also think it looks quite cool too.

I have fitted my speaker shelf last night (I got it from Lee - thanks a million Lee - it arrived in spottless condition!) and pulling them panels was challenging a bit all right.

I eventually found the plug and connected it but they speakers don't work - do I also have to connect the wire at the radio side I wonder? And does it involve dismantling whole center panel or will I be able to do it when fitting my cup holders (also from Lee!)?

Will my OEM radio-cassette send the sound to the back if it doen't have front-rear fade regulation?

Thanks in advance - I am a complete greenhorn in relation to car audio!

  4. Was it a driver's side for all of ye guys in lowered EP91?

Please share your findings Westley - how did it go?

What lateral rod did you use?

I'm thinking of cusco from RHD - do they all come with all necessary bushings? And is there any surprise I should expect when fitting one in an N/A Starlet?

    Thanks!

  5. Fog light can be rectified by getting a red bulb.

Or if you want to jdm your tail lights get a 2nd brake light holder and wire one upto your fog the other to the tail light. And get a red twin filiment bulb

So in JDM lighting pattern both the top large part and the very bottom narrow strip light up red when the lights are switch on (middle part is indicator) and also both light up brighter when the brakes are on - AM I CORRECT?

And the fog doesn't exist in jdm, but where is the reverse then if a Reflet model didn't have the reverse beside the number plate?

    Cheers
