I've had a day of injector hell... i painted my fuel rail and split an injector seal, after putting it back alltogether and finding out i had I've managed to flip the o ring over and its managed to seal for the time being, but now its on full boost on idle?? all the 3 boost lights are on, engine management light is on and it is chattering it when i put my foot on the accellerator? what could this be? dont wana drive it like this incase it dose some damage any help please cheers josh

today i decided to paint my fuel rail because it was looking abit dull i pulled out all the injectors and i think i split 1 of the seals because i fit it all back up and fuel is pissing out the top of the injector and causing my car to misfire and the engine management light came on as a cause of this, dose anyone know if i can get the seals and what size and where from? need to know asap as this is my daily run around car and has to get me to work! any info will be helpfull cheers josh

I've just fitted my jperformance one last nite and i beleve its a copy of the hdi kit, the dump valve pipe is 35mm and have had to order a reducer to get it to fit, hope this helps matey!

I've been fitting my fmic since 5 till now and here is a pic o took of it being fitted was a basterd how much i had to cut away from the bumper... dose look the dogs bollocks tho! here is a pic ( it got dark) but will take some more tommorrow ! cheers ! josh
