So its been a while since i last updated, I&#39;ve done quiet bit but been that busy not managed to get anything posted up! Lowered it, new front bumper, new grill, new clear indicators and some other maintenance jobs that needed doing

UPDATE! Done a few little jobs on the car over the past few weeks like rear wheel bearings and just generally tidying up bits, i have also had some new wheels! Some people on here may be upset by my choice in wheels but i am not able to afford "genuine wheels" and as its my daily i am less bothered about marking these, I went for Dare RS 17x10 et15 with 225/45 front and 235/45 rears! i had to put 5mm spacers up front and grind down the calliper for clearance but apart from that the fitment is spot on! i need to add a10mm spacer to the back but apart from that im happy! and the calliper clearance.. it does not actually rub! i cant really get the car any lower as i would not be able to get it to work lol.

They are Wedsports buddy! puny spec though. 17x7 et 35 fronts and 17x8 et35 rears. i have 25mm spacers up front and 35mm spacers up back. i want to do away with the spacers and get some mega dish on the go!

How she is currently sitting! i plastic welded the headlight as the bracket has sheered off So i also got a duck on the go! got no money at the moment so things have gone slow but ill have some things to show off soon enough!

I&#39;ve not updated in ages. lots has happened since the last update! maybe i will soon.

well the surgery is the sill being cut out and replaced and some touch ups that need doing. the body choice will be revealed as soon as I&#39;ve bought it taking my time with this one lol Cheers buddy! hopefully be ready for this years shows!

got lots of plans for the bodywork! will be in the body shop over the next month or so getting some surgery and hopefully a new kit soon after!

So some of you may know i have had a little electrical issue over the past couple of days, basically the car just died at work with no explanation. after having some mates look , the AA look they could not find the issue. so at this point i thought im screwed over christmas now so may aswel get it towed home! so after some of your advice and doing some research i thought the first port of call is to check the loom in the wheel arch! after looking at it there was no signs of ware or rubbing so i really didnt think it could be the problem. but after doing some tests and not finding anything else i thought i should really open up the loom to confirm its not the issue so once i got in the thick of it ( i also hate electrics with a passion ) i found that a few wires had been rubbed previous but was not causing any issues. however on inspection of all the wires i found two that has corroded away. i fixed them two and the car jumped to life! best feeling in the world fixing it by myself (y) anyhow heres a few pics from the JDM guys Christmas meet! the following day! you guys are wiping out the stocks pretty quickly! these will be on sale continually so we will restock when they run low

a little update! Finally got my Jimmy Up steering wheel fitted and it look so awesome! Also fitted my new intercooler over the weekend and it now has no more boost leaks! However it has uncovered a new problem :/ i will put my foot down and when i hit boost at about 4k the car has a massive misfire. i thought it was fuel cut to start with but it does it intermittently so not all the time... ordered new spark plugs and fuel filter to see if that will solve this (y)

So i think i have found the cause of the shitty fuel consumption! i was told it could be a boost leak causing the issue so i set out to make my own boost leak tester, trip to B&Q and a few silicone joiners and glue and hay presto! so i put it all on the intercooler pipework and pumped up the pressure to 1 bar and my god there was so many leaks! holes in the core, joiners not sitting properly and so on. So i have bought a new core, new hoses and some heavy duty clamps that should hold them nice and tight! heres the new core! i couldent help myself but mess... i also was having a play with my camera the other night and was appreciating the rear end of this car, Such a fine booty.. Cars booked in with Clarky at Doratech this thursday for the clutch to be changed, hopefully my legs will be the same size again soon!
